“I have lived here 4 years without issue but when the last management was in office things went down hill. Nothing was gettin fixed and everything felt uncomfortable. Since the new management started things are turning around work orders from sept were finally done!!! I have seen her out around the complex getting her hands dirty cleaning up the mess left behind. She's been very friendly and doing the best with what shes dealing with.”

“Beware, Beware, beware. They denied my application and now refuse to send the refund for the fees. It was a very large down-payment. The assistance manager that works at sunbury commons is very rude and genuinely a spiteful person. Its been almost a month and still no refund, just more rude responses, like its their money not mine im asking for... I put 5 stars, hopefully it gets more views. This process has been extremely destructive... dont give a down-payment.”
