Some residents have concerns about neighbors leaving garbage and parking across multiple spaces, which may attract vermin. Overall, it’s a good place to live, though it can be a bit pricey.

I have enjoyed living at Creekside. Management is friendly and helpful. The only downside is that maintenance often takes a while to get to maintenance needs.

This review is specifically for Chris our onsite maintenance man. He is always respectful and has a great attitude. Always willing to help even if its at 5pm and he is on his way out he will stop and talk to ya if you need anything. Great guy
