“I just had a really great experience with customer service at the Do It Best in Sunbury. Held the door open for me as I walked in just after closing and replaced a screw for me. He didn’t have to do that, but I am so appreciative that he did. Thank you!”
“This is a great store. Good prices, friendly service and the help you put stuff in your car. You need to. It's got all kind of cool stuff in my wife, my grandchildren, everybody likes this store”
“As a small automotive repair shop it’s important to have a knowledgeable parts store, this is important for the success of my business, and with the knowledge and experience this group has, Is a blessing, they go out of there way to get the parts you need and to have the correct and delivered fast is impressive, today Brett(manager “the parts pro”) and chris (commercial sales), definitely went out of there way to make sure I had the parts correct and in my shop to finish the job on time. I will continue to use this Napa store for the foreseeable future!”
