“I had never rented a car before. I called the Toledo Express Airport location to get some information. The agent I spoke to (maybe Kevin??) was extremely helpful. He made me feel at ease giving me all the details I needed. It couldn't have been any easier. When I was ready to return the car a week later, I called to see if I could make the return time a little later and I spoke to Becky. She was very helpful allowing me to return an hour later than my original 11:30am return time. No problems at all. Will definitely rent from Enterprise in the future.”
