“These guys are amazing. I had a broken rear window and dent in the tailgate. Another company quoted $1800 and 2 weeks to get the car back. Katz was able to repair it for far less, and I had the car back in 24 hours. The repair work was excellent. Communication was great. Next time, I won’t even quote anyone else, since nobody could do a better job.”
“I changed my Star rating based on. I’m upset about this industry. Nobody ever wants truck drivers anywhere let alone making a wrong turn. If I don’t know there was all this construction even how I tried to get out what I left. Finally got my spectacles to get back on the highway. The point being I worked in the kitchen on Sunday do I work in the kitchen all the time to help a group to raise money? I watched a guy there do almost everything. He touched every task at hand. I could tell he seeks out knowledge. Look at me I showed up at your doorstep today. Trying to get out of a bad situation on different levels needed my spectacles glasses to see better let alone get turned around and even park. You can’t figure all this out on the open road. I’ve gotten pretty good at maneuvering this thing though. You just happen to have an old-school post built into your parking lot was an old advertising post and I couldn’t turn left.
Sorry to disappoint you lost my spectacles needed eyeglasses very hard driving a 73 foot truck to find the things you need. What a mistake. It was to have to look at you and you were pissed off in reality. You probably should have given me a spot to make sure I made it safely and got turned around
I found a safe spot in the medium down the street. I will never forget the look you had on your face while I probably needed help. I managed though and got my truck turned around. I want you to think about my review. Hell you’re a mechanic you know of always that people need spot make sure they don’t hit anything . Good luck. I will put this never ever to show up at your doorstep or business especially if I need help, I wonder how you do your mechanic work do you know at all or Harvey would probably be smiling at this review.”
