“Debra provided excellent customer service when I needed a deed notarized. However, I had to travel from the Central location to McCord to Monroe Street for the service. While Debra was exceptional, the other two locations had staff who could have also notarized the deed. It's disappointing when multiple locations don't deliver consistent service. Huntington should strive for better consistency and efficiency. I give Debra 5 stars and she needs a raise as well.”
“We bank here for our business. The tellers have all been exceptional. They are always helpful and accommodating. They don't judge me when I have a rough day and can't do math. Through covid, they have been great providing the same customer service even through the drive thru. Which face it, most of the time its because I am lazy and I just use covid as an excuse to not get out of the car. :)”
