“The manager, Cindy is very cordial and knows how the facility operates and functions. She knows the layout of the lot and made suggestions about locations that would be best suited for my needs. The facility is located in an area that appears to me to be quiet, fairly secluded, and hopefully secure. The access is convenient and easily navigable. I think I am going to be comfortable with the space that I chose.”

“Great from being greeted by Kristy when I walked in..she explained about the price specials. Showing me the unit sizes I was interested in and explaining everything to make renting easy. I took a 5x5.. I complemented Kristy on how nice the office and the rest of the facility looked! I'm glad I choose A+”

“This company was great. From the initial call to schedule to the final move. Updates were given regularly by Lori, and she nerve lost her patience with me when I had to add items multiple times, and addresses for various drop offs. The gentlemen showed up on time, wrapped everything properly, and took extra care of my mom's belongings (moved my mom into assisted living). They were kind, respectful, and hard working. Would definitely use this company again....especially if I could have this crew.”

“I have had a unit here for about 3 years. It was originally supposed to be a short term option but over the years we have kept it as an extra garage for storage that we don’t use on a day to day basis. However this bill is not always at the forefront of our minds and often gets forgotten. April in the main office has been so helpful! She calls and gives us kind reminders so we don’t get hit with late fees. She is so accommodating and her passion for her customers is unlike any other. She’s a great to speak with and always willing to work with us to get us back on track! Go April! Keep shining just as you are.”

“Love these guys. They work with me and bill when I get paid. They have plenty of storage unit sizes. The staff is friendly and courteous. I have recommended to family and friends and they have used them. Gate code so no relying on staff to let you in. Check them out, you won't be sorry.”

“I am a new customer, but based on my experience so far I highly recommend. I needed something on a rush and Mike was able to accommodate us. The storage unit was very clean. The customer service was excellent. He even told me upfront that the spot he had available was facing the south sun so it would heat up in case that was a problem. Also mentioned the unit was open waiting for the door to be serviced before he rented it out. However we needed in the same day so that wasn’t an issue for our needs. I just appreciate his honesty and he told us that before we went out. Since we didn’t need in and out of it for awhile it was fine. The prices are good and the service is excellent. Thank you”

“It's a pretty good store looks like they need more space because there is so much squeezed in there, employees have always been friendly and courteous. They are really picky about the clothes they take which I suppose is a good thing for people buying the items but for the stuff they do buy from you, they seem to pay people a fair price. They have always seemed to do a good job letting me know how long it will take them to get done and they do call you when they are done with the items you bring in.”

“One word to describe my experience...AMAZING! I have used the storage services here for several years. The manager Zack at this location has been phenomenal with helping me when I got behind then caught up on my account as well as made moving out of my unit recently a lot smoother than he needed to! He was also quick to respond when there was a power outage and I needed let out of the access gate. AND ON HIS DAY OFF! I highly recommend lock-it-up for your storage needs. This location ESPECIALLY!”

“Had problems the first year with mice, so I had to sort thru all our stuff and move across the street to a bigger storage and when the new company took over it was the best service I had no bugs very clean and nice! Like everyone is saying in their reviews, they need to have a dumpster for people to use moving in or out of the unit, it's a hassle trying to find somewhere to dump stuff you don't want! And I hope people know it's called SPARE-BOX not square box!”
