“Thank you Larissa for helping me when I moved, you were reliable to answer the phone and get back to me quickly. It was so easy to rent storage units and turn the keys in when I was done. The units are well maintained and secure.”

“My experience with Extra Space Storage has been amazing! As a college student who was looking for a place to store all my dorm belongings it was very hard and nerve-wracking but this storage space has been amazing at not only keeping my belongings safe but making me feel comfortable storing them there. I totally recommend!!”

“Great from being greeted by Kristy when I walked in..she explained about the price specials. Showing me the unit sizes I was interested in and explaining everything to make renting easy. I took a 5x5.. I complemented Kristy on how nice the office and the rest of the facility looked! I'm glad I choose A+”

“This company was great. From the initial call to schedule to the final move. Updates were given regularly by Lori, and she nerve lost her patience with me when I had to add items multiple times, and addresses for various drop offs. The gentlemen showed up on time, wrapped everything properly, and took extra care of my mom's belongings (moved my mom into assisted living). They were kind, respectful, and hard working. Would definitely use this company again....especially if I could have this crew.”

“I have had a unit here for about 3 years. It was originally supposed to be a short term option but over the years we have kept it as an extra garage for storage that we don’t use on a day to day basis. However this bill is not always at the forefront of our minds and often gets forgotten. April in the main office has been so helpful! She calls and gives us kind reminders so we don’t get hit with late fees. She is so accommodating and her passion for her customers is unlike any other. She’s a great to speak with and always willing to work with us to get us back on track! Go April! Keep shining just as you are.”

“I am a new customer, but based on my experience so far I highly recommend. I needed something on a rush and Mike was able to accommodate us. The storage unit was very clean. The customer service was excellent. He even told me upfront that the spot he had available was facing the south sun so it would heat up in case that was a problem. Also mentioned the unit was open waiting for the door to be serviced before he rented it out. However we needed in the same day so that wasn’t an issue for our needs. I just appreciate his honesty and he told us that before we went out. Since we didn’t need in and out of it for awhile it was fine. The prices are good and the service is excellent. Thank you”

“Update - Lightning Lockers made it right! It took a few more months, but Lightning Lockers fulfilled the promise to replace the lockers. They did a better job of wrapping and packing the lockers and they were delivered in pristine condition. The lockers were delivered again by Roadrunner freight which I suppose they had no choice but to use again because they Roadrunner was responsible for the damage. The driver was again petty and would only drop the lockers on the driveway and would not move them an additional 8 feet or so into the garage and I was home alone. I do recommend Lightning Lockers and I hope they work with a different freight company for their own benefit in the future. New pics at the bottom.Past Review:After waiting 5 months and 7 days (I knew it would be a long wait and accepted it), this is what was on the truck. I refused delivery and the driver (Roadrunner Freight) was annoyed. I can't say Lightning lockers was to blame for the damage, however, based on the lack of packing on the lockers, it seems very likely it will be impossible to get like new lockers delivered under any circumstance. I will update this review and happily provide 5 Stars if I can get them replaced, properly packed, and without damage in another 5 months.”

“It’s Sunday and I needed a storage unit. Stor365 was the only place open after 5pm. I gave them a call and purchased a storage unit with instant access to the unit over the phone. It was a great and convenient experience. They really came through for me. Thanks Earl from Stor365!”

“I rented a storage unit at Lambertville Mini Storage on Lewis after selling the house. The units are very clean and easily accessible. I rented the unit for 2months and found a new home. I was able to move everything out of the storage unit easily, and the cancelation of the rented unit was very easy. The people at the front desk are extremely nice! Highly recommend if you need a secure place to store your items!”

“It's a pretty good store looks like they need more space because there is so much squeezed in there, employees have always been friendly and courteous. They are really picky about the clothes they take which I suppose is a good thing for people buying the items but for the stuff they do buy from you, they seem to pay people a fair price. They have always seemed to do a good job letting me know how long it will take them to get done and they do call you when they are done with the items you bring in.”

“One Stop Storage has been a great experience for us. We moved downtown and the space is very convent. The space is clean, heated with very easy access. The rental process was very easy online. We are waiting for our home to be built so we will be there for a bit and we have no concerns that our furniture will suffer any damage. Happy ?”

The manager Zack at this location has been phenomenal with helping me when I got behind then caught up on my account as well as made moving out of my unit recently a lot smoother than he needed to! He was also quick to respond when there was a power outage and I needed let out of the access gate. AND ON HIS DAY OFF! I highly recommend lock-it-up for your storage needs. “Just rented a 10x10 at Mr. Storage on Oakdale. I guess they are under new ownership but the Facility Manager, Cindy was very friendly and super helpful. I guess she has been there for a little over 20 years and stayed on with the new owners. Their prices were the cheapest in the area. I rented the unit online but had to go into the office to get the code because they are not fully automated.”

“The kiosk was simple and easy to use. It would be extremely helpful if you had a map that showed where my unit or parking space was. The parking units could use some cleaning and branches trimmed along fence. Lines and numbers repainted. . The website is on go daddy for sale. Hard to register and login.”
