“This Goodwill is accross the street from the ACME (not in the Midway mall), well managed, in a good/safe area, accessible by 76 and Tallmadge Circle, with plenty of parking. Neighborhood folks donate some quality stuff that Goodwill offers at a fair price. They also have goodwill-giftcards which I've given to family members considering the clothes, jewelry and miscellaneous treasures they stock. I would recommend a visit if you're in Tallmadge.”

“They have and maintain a beautiful fairgrounds here. The staff and volunteers are great. Based on my experience with playing here with Deutcher Musik Verein and Gemutlikeit Clevelander Musikantum they are awesome and accommodating to their bands during the festivals. I’m from Cleveland, so the only downside is that this is an hour away, but it’s worth the drive every time”

“We did not personally stay at the Ronald McDonald house, we were visiting. This house is beautiful. The staff is friendly. There are so many beautiful areas in the house for families to visit, and relax, for children to relax and be creative. Beautiful kitchen, and dining area. So clean and cheerful. This house is a wonderful place for families during a trying time.”

“Secret Society Comedy is a pop-up comedy club that brings shows to venues not associated with comedy, so the first time I walked through the doors at Bounce, I knew we had to host a show here. And the whole experience was awesome. Rose and Danielle were so easy to work with, there are so many different options for event spaces, and to top it all off, hosting an event here supports local business. Couldn't recommend Bounce more!”

“I have been going here for the past two years going on three. I've done one viral and one drive up. Both of these experiences were wonderful. I really appreciate this help in getting my income taxes filed. I will never go anywhere else.”

“Can't say enough good things about Caring for Kids and their staff. They all so very friendly, knowledgeable and timely when answering questions or concerns we have. They were there for us and our son's birth mother every step of the way when we adopted our son. This agency is one of the best out there and would recommend to anyone who is looking to grow their family through adoption or foster care.”

“Went for the Cheese, Wine, & Chocolate Festival. Overall an awesome event and a beautiful rustic venue! The barn was so beautiful and we appreciated the historical value. The festival was set up beautifully and they found some wonderful vendors. I would love to go to another event here!Only wish is that they offered more seating or designated ADA seating. I can’t stand long and had a broken foot, but we were completely at the mercy of other attendees, who weren’t keen on giving up a hard-won seat.”

“I have been employed by Ardmore, Inc. for 23 years. I love my job. I love the individuals I serve. They love me. Unfortunately, that doesn't always happen. The pay is decent, the benefits are wonderful.”

“We adopted our Luna here. Staff was quick to help us and answer questions. We liked having the cat rooms to go into so that you can see which ones interact best with you. They seem to be very thorough with their adoption process.”

“Unions support the middle class. They also set prevailing wage for non-union projects. If unions die, then so does prevailing wage for non-union workers. A land without unions is in a race to the bottom.”

“Had such a pleasant experience here. The furniture selections are constantly being refreshed - and furniture is sometimes put outside for free. That alone is just incredible. And it's very nice furniture. The men working there today were so nice and helpful, I'm very thankful for them helping me get my couch secured in my truck.”

“This is a nice place to find clothes, shoes, electronics, toys, furniture, nic-nacks, dishes, pots and pans, gift ideas, and just about any household need you may have. The prices have changed a lot over the years, but you can still find some reasonably priced items. Even your seasonal items are a lot cheaper in this store.. Valentines Day, St. Patrick's Day, Easter,... all the way to Christmas. Check it out, you might find something you've been looking for, wanting, or needing for a long time. Happy Shopping!!”

“When I changed jobs, the employer I moved to covered my health insurance premiums 100%, but it would have cost $850 to add my wife onto the company plan. We explored the public exchanges but the cheapest plan we could get was going to cost $550 and had an $11,000 deductible. That didn't seem affordable or reasonable either. An insurance agent we were dealing with at the time recommended we look into healthcare sharing ministries and he had recommended one. When we looked into it, their BBB rating wasn't very good and when I spoke with them on the phone they had some parts of their coverage that made me look elsewhere. After some searching I stumbled onto Christian Healthcare Ministries. The BBB rating was A+ with almost no complaints, and the coverages looked like it was exactly what we wanted. I signed my wife up for the gold plan with the Brother's Keeper add-on. From April 2021 until the end of 2023 this is all we did for my wife for health insurance. With all the resources and education we were given on negotiating for discounts for cash payers from CHM, we were able to pay so little for my wife's medical needs that we never actually had to file a claim with CHM (we're generally healthy people in our 40's.) And it felt great knowing the premiums we were paying were helping a caring organization pay for the health needs of Christians instead of outrageous executive salaries of publicly traded insurance companies. Any time we hear people complain about the cost of their health insurance, we refer them to CHM and even though I changed jobs again and it makes sense to bring my wife onto my plan at work now, we're still going to continue to refer people to CHM when we hear them complain about the costs of their health insurance.”

“Waterloo Rd Goodwill is the best of both worlds thrift store. Left door takes you to the bins side, where random stuff is dumped into giant plastic bins and sold based on weight. Never know what gems you’ll find. VHS tapes, clothes, books, glassware, toys, autographed stuff, anything. #CatchMeAtTheBinsRight door takes you to the normal sales side that includes furniture. I’m going to have to share some crazy photos I’ve taken here over the years. Follow my profile!Employees here are friendly, hardworking, and execute their duties.Donation drop off on the right side of the building.”

“I went here for a blood donation in July. It was, all in all, a great experience. They were pleasant, knowledgeable, and reassuring for a first time blood donor. The volunteers working check in were very helpful, and the nurses were excellent. Shawn (dunno if it is spelled that way) was awesome. He took my donation, and knew the answer for every little nervous question i had. Found my vein immediately, and had a deft touch for everything. I will definitely be participating again as soon as I am able. Also, you get a free ticket to Cedar Point, which is valid until September of 2021! Cant recommend them enough.”
