“I dropped my computer and it had one crack but it was touch screen and the crack was enough to make my computer unusable because I had no way to control the mouse to even shut that setting off. It was a pretty expensive screen since it was touch screen and they gave me an amazing deal just being nice. The man that was working was very friendly. I don't know if he's the owner but it seemed like he could be. This was three years ago but if I ever need an electronic repaired again I wouldn't go anywhere else but here.”

“It is Not a common cable just any store would really carry but I called probably 50 locations in Toledo & the surrounding area looking for one and the gentleman at EML was 100% the most friendly helpful coolest guy even though he didn’t have an additional one besides his personal one to sell me he did give me as much advice and guidance as he could. I ended up buying an adapter from BestBuy that made my situation work but I really appreciate his awesome candor and customer service. This dude knows his stuff.”
“Jeff went above and beyond to help me. He fixed a controller for my salt spreader and saved me $450. Also, he made this happen within 24 hours even though I had no appointment and my job was small in comparison to the others they were working on at the time. “Took my daughters phone in because the screen went out. After reviewing my account, they sent me to T-Mobile my provider because I have warranty protection. They could’ve just taken my money and fixed it, but they did not do that.. I had to go back to the store so they could help me reset the phone to factory in order to buy a new phone. “I stopped in today and bought two TVs, and Lucian helped me. He was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful throughout the process. I purchased open-box specials and, when I got home, I noticed that one of the remotes was missing.
I went back to the store, where the manager, Ben, assisted me. Ben helped track down the remote that must have been misplaced at some point. He went above and beyond what he had to do in order to find it and make sure everything was taken care of.
Both staff members were very helpful and made my buying experience an enjoyable one. I truly appreciate the assistance from both of them.”
