I come cure on a weekly basis to get the critters for my lizards to eat and dog toys / food for my doberman pinscher. The staff here is amazing and very helpful they know their stuff inside and out. Not to mention their assortment of pets for sale is out of this world they have pets that you'll never find anywhere else especially not in a big box pet store. These people make you feel comfortable too. Every time I come in there I get a big warm greeting for me and my dog and it keeps me coming back 😁

1059 Custer Drive, ToledoOur husky Harley was in desperate need of grooming, but we didn’t have $150 for her regular groomer. We found this little groomer I didn’t even know existed. And when I heard the price, it sounded too good to be true, but wth, we’ll give it a shot! Set up our appointment and took her in. Not going to lie, looks can be deceiving, because at first glance it seems a bit small and chaotic, but you know what? It felt HUMAN! It didn’t feel corporate. It didn’t feel like everything was practiced and rehearsed. There were cute little doggies running around, one had a pink tail! I loved it! Harley was well taken care of, well groomed, smelly AMAZING and still smells great over a week later. I highly recommend giving this place a try. It was well worth the price, and we will definitely be back. Plus we’ll be able to afford to do it more often with the price they offer! - side note- make sure you take cash, I wasn’t aware they didn’t take card, and luckily I had what I needed on me, but most people don’t carry cash anymore

Brandi took him out of the cage right away and I just knew by the way she held him that he was in good hands. He got the works and let me tell you if you have a long haired cat a sanitary shave is necessary. Without the shave they can't help but get poop stuck sometimes and then their only option is to lick it off. So stressful for them. Not to mention He's not even shedding half as much as he was before I took him. We will definitely be visiting the Pampered Pussycat as regulars. 5 stars. Brandi is the car whisperer and it's inspiring! Be fair to your babies and don't take your cat anywhere else. Just go to Pampered Pussycat!

Every time I bring my boys in for a nail trim the staff come out into the lobby to do their nails so they aren't around the other dogs. I've been taking my dogs here for several years now and have never had an issue. Staff is wonderful and friendly. One of my boys doesn't do well getting his nails trimmed and they always bribe him with treats! would definitely recommend this place.

Ralph is a rescue who has had some unknown trauma before adoption-he was extremely matted and uncomfortable and Jill was patient and talked to him the whole time- she works very quickly and was able to remove the whole itch mess. I love that she does one dog at a time- she doesn’t have dogs sitting in crates waiting to be cleaned, cut, or tried. She is a comfort groomer and cares more about the dogs then the money. Tip her well - she earns it . I am so grateful for her service.??❤️

I was at another practice in the area when my cat got sick and they could not get me in quick enough so I called West Suburban & they got me in the next day. I met with Dr. Morman, she was incredible and very knowledgeable. After lab work, we had to make the decision to humanely euthanize her. She walked me through the entire process and even let me know if I needed anything to call her. I have been to many vets throughout my years of owning animals but this has been easily the best I have found. I will 100% be bringing my other animals here!

I would recommend them to anyone who is trying to get their animal the best care possible. They're gonna tell you the truth even if it's something difficult to hear but they are beyond honest and if you choose not to take their advice that's on you as Dr.Leopold has nothing but the best intentions for animals and so does the staff. We just had to put our boy Buck down and they were fantastic from the start of his cancer treatment to the day we had to say goodbye. We learned alot from Dr.Leopold about the kind of cancer and how to keep him at comfort measures until that day came. They are not a money grabbing place as I've dealt with afew other clinics who were nothing but money grabs and didn't have the animals best interests at the top of their list. Thank you to alexis rd animal hospital for everything and we will always recommend you guy's to anyone as you all truly cared about Buck and have cared for his kitty sister Kingsley who will be coming soon for her check up. Thank you all for the love you all showed Buck and the comfort you gave us before he passed and the day he passed. We are forever grateful to you all and will never forget the warmth and kindness you guy's shared with us. Our cat Kingsley we rescued on the brink of death when she was a kitten.she is a bit skidish but when she goes in for her check ups she senses the calm and love this clinic has for animals and again we are beyond thankful for that kind of atmosphere. If you love you're fur baby and want what's best for them 100% alexis road animal hospital is the place to go. No they didn't ask for this review but they sure as heck deserved this review as they literally care and have shown the care for over many many year's that we have brought our pet's too. 4940 Suder Avenue, ToledoDid not realize how much blood work on my dog would be. I thought they were drawing blood to test for her thyroid levels which is about $50 $60. Not a complete blood work on her, which came out to over $200 for blood work only. We like going there. We will continue to go there. This was the first time a big problem happened. The tax should go ahead and let you know how much something like this is going to be before they actually do it cuz I would have turned it down if I knew that.

5166 Monroe Street Ste 306, ToledoI can’t say enough good things about Bird & Exotic Wellness Center. I brought my cockatoo here after previously taking her to a regular veterinary office that also sees birds, and the difference in the level of knowledge and care was incredible.
Before coming here, I felt like I wasn’t getting the right information or a clear understanding of what was actually going on with her health. Once I brought her to Bird & Exotic Wellness Center, they were able to properly evaluate her, explain what was happening, and get her started on the medications and treatment she needed.
What I appreciate most is how much time they spend with us. I tend to have a LOT of questions because I want to understand everything and make the best decisions I can for her, and I have never felt rushed or like I was bothering them. They take the time to answer my questions, explain the reasoning behind their recommendations, and make sure I understand our options.
Having a sick bird is incredibly stressful, especially because birds can hide illness so well, and finding a veterinarian who truly understands avian medicine has made such a difference. I feel so much more confident knowing she is in their care. I’m extremely grateful for everyone at Bird & Exotic Wellness Center and would absolutely recommend them to anyone with a bird or exotic pet.

I was extremely nervous for him to undergo surgery since he’s 10 years old, but all of the staff at Shoreland were phenomenal. I’m very picky about who takes care of my baby and haven’t been very impressed with other animal hospitals or vets, but I give Shoreland an 11 out of 10!! Thank you for fixing Ziggy! We have used two different training approaches— the two-week Board & Train program with one of our dogs and individual training sessions with our other dog. Both experiences have been fantastic.
One of the things we appreciate most about Off Leash K9 Training is that they have so many different tools and methods available and truly take the time to figure out what works best for each individual dog. We also love the flexibility of being able to train either at their facility or in real-life environments with distractions, which makes a huge difference when putting those skills to use at home and in the community.
Dylan takes the time to get to know both you and your dog, listens to your concerns and goals, and makes sure the training approach is something that works for everyone involved. You never feel like it’s a one-size-fits-all program.

Theres a dog named Diamond here I think and shes soooo cute. The cats here are so adorable and funny and they take care of the animals very good.
