This was our second time with them and each time my dog was… let’s just say less than cooperative, and the patience, creativity, and genuine kindness they showed was incredible. They tried every approach they could think of, never once giving up or showing frustration. Even when my dog was not a willing participant, they treated both of us with nothing but understanding and compassion. You can tell they truly care about the animals they work with.
