We could not be happier with the services we recieved today for our 8 month old Shihpoo named Canolli. Communication throughout the process was exceptional. I was extremely nervous being a new Dog Mom still and having had a prior poor experience ar another groomer in Toledo. This was 100% everything I had hoped it would be. The staff was so personanable, kind and understanding. I felt the price point was on pare with the area market and reasonable. Thank you Pampered Paws staff.! We are OBSESSED with his make over! I can't stop staring at how beautiful he looks. Best part he is still floofy and I can see his beautiful eyes now!

We have been dealing with a few issues over the years and Lacy loves to see her, even when she doesn't feel well. The care here is specialized, it's pricey but I honestly don't think she'd get better care anywhere else. The care club membership helps and I've saved a ton of money using it due to her chronic issues.

5703 Main St, SylvaniaI had never been here before and I decided to come for my birthday brunch instead of going to dinner. It was well worth it! They had great options for everyone, even my kid. I felt the server was sub-par. I wasn't impressed. She was nice but I felt like she had something else going on or something. It wasn't busy so I was kind of surprised she wasn't a little friendlier. Overall though I liked the place and the ambiance. I will say what could make the place even better is having screens for the windows during those sunny hours of the day as our table was in the full sun the whole time which can take away from the experience. Although I like the natural light I don't like being blinded or overheating. Also, the tater tots were delicious but extremely crunchy. Just a heads up to anyone who might be thinking about getting them.
