I went today with a technical issue with my phone. I had 3 live chats with it "professionals" who could not help. Walked in and Rick solved the the problem and answered a few other questions I had. Great customer service great experience.

Made an appointment and still ended up waiting 20 or so minutes. But our problem from 2 months back was resolved finally.
