“I have been to a lot of Kroger Fuel Centers over the last few years. I was having trouble with the pump dispensing the gasoline. The attendant actually came out of the booth to fix the problem. He was very friendly and I was very grateful and impressed by his helpfulness.”
“Stop here just about every time we go to Grand Rapids, Ohio. A service station and convience store, where we usually pick up a soda or a snack during our road trips.”
“Usually no line, full pumps, competitive prices, and you can use your free Kroger shopping card for savings at the pumps. One of the best options for gas and diesel. Also, though limited, the drinks and snacks are usually exactly what you're looking for for your trip (and Kroger's grocery is right there next door if you need anything else). Definately recommend.”
“This place is located on the west side of town and is the last gas station when you're heading out of town.
Ridi's the convenience store attached to the gas station is clean and has a wide variety of drinks, fast snacks and alcohol, all of which are reasonably priced.
The staff is friendly and welcoming.”

“I love speedway, get there at 5am, fresh Krispy Cream donuts. I like their big bites hot dogs with the free chili and cheese and nachos. I love the ice coffee, I like to mix it with the Frappuccino, I can't drink it and eat donuts anymore because I'm a diabetic. But I definitely got that big bite with onion, mustard, chili and cheese, it's still the same not disappointed!! Being diabetic, cut out a lot of fast food eating and drinking. Sorry to disappoint anyone ? I love giving reviews!”
“I stop here at least every other day...if not every day, since probably 2008. Not once have I ever had a bad experience. When Todd managed the store we became friends. We talked about our Healthcare issues, sports etc.... really felt like it was a "gas station" from the old days where people would know each other and as they say..."shoot the bull" Now that Allie (hope I spelled it right) is managing.... it's still the same Ole friendly place. Her and Megan run a great shift and it's actually fun to stop and "shoot the bull" with these two. We have had alot of laughs over the course of time. DO NOT interfere with that type of "neighborhood" feel. There are a couple things I would change.....you need to add another "coffee" machine. I would like to see more than 5 flavors to choose from. You have the space. I would also like to see a "digital" price sign. Reason? Eyes are getting weaker, can't see as well. You can also."dim" that sign so that it's visible to a driver going by but will not Interfere with the residents in the area. Thanks for the time.”
“I just want to start off by saying a very big Thank you to Rich. Exceeded my expectations from the start this afternoon. I was broke down and he made a great impression with a courtesy call and addressed my issues while he was on his way. He offered to give me a ride home seeing as my residence was on the same route as the dealership. Safely towed my vehicle to the dealer and called me when he was finished. This was by far my best experience with a Tow service, I will highly recommend Ors Sunoco in the Future!”

“I love all the Speedway s that I visit.. I especially appreciate the ones that have been remodeled. They have wider choice of food items that can be made fresh. They have new coffee system. I prefer the old one for now.”
“Glad to see that there is this establishment here in Waterville to rival the others. This place always has fare prices for gas. I think the owner could possibly invest a little more in keeping all the pumps up and working though. Seems to take a while to fix them once broken- so they remain shut off on some isles far too many days. And a little more TLC on the landscaping around the grounds (is what I'd do), to help maintain a pleasant look. It would only be a small investment, mainly in time, and IMO the return on investment would be justified. But I still return to help a good guy out who invested in the place. I think ownership is going on 2 years if not mistaken, while this original station location has had other owners over the years. At least this new owner is trying to sustain its presents in Waterville. The few suggested tweaks could take it a long way.”
“Friendly and courteous employees . Great location but high-priced on certain items such as automotive supplies like oil. Great for a fountain drink when getting gas but I wouldn't buy anything else at a Speedway unless in a bind.”

“It was a bit crowded but that means business is good.A decent number of pumps. Convenient location near interstate 75. A bit annoying to get to from the highway but easy enough to get back on to North it South bound.Pretty much all there is to say.”

“the majority of the time the experience is good. employee is nice, transitions seem to be quick, and gas is normally a few cents cheaper. The only time I had an issue was the last time I got fuel the pumps where running super slow took about 5 minutes to pump 2 gallons and decided to stop pumping.”

“I visited this Shell Station for the first time and was very impressed. At the time, the price of gas was lower than most stations in the area. Then once I added my Fuel Rewards number, the price of gas went even lower. Thank you! :) The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bathroom was clean and secure. I will definitely go back again.”

“This location is well stocked , clean and the employees are friendly and helpful. I signed up for sip and save and have been enjoying free iced pumpkin spice lattes everyday. My grand daughter loves picking out her favorite donut each visit also. If I could give this location more than 5 stars I would.”

“Store is well stocked, bathrooms are what you can expect from gas station bathrooms (pretty dirty). Register service is pretty fast but if it is busy they only have 2 registers, a self serve and a regular register, and they get pretty congested. Additionally, the self serve scans your items when you put them on the counter, instead of you scanning the barcode, which is a cool idea except it doesn't always work great and if you have a lot of items you may not be able to fit them all on the counter which takes even more time. Polar pop machine is usually in working order but often when they run out of iced tea flavors, they are out for months.”

“The staff are nice, products are varied and the prices are reasonable. It's very convenient to have this gas station here in Tontogany since otherwise you'd have to go all the way to Weston, Waterville, Grand Rapids or Bowling Green to get gas.”
