“I have been to a lot of Kroger Fuel Centers over the last few years. I was having trouble with the pump dispensing the gasoline. The attendant actually came out of the booth to fix the problem. He was very friendly and I was very grateful and impressed by his helpfulness.”
“They guy working is amazing very nice and wonderful atmosphere I go on all shifts and every shift is amazing the lady in the morning with the glasses and chin length hair is very patient and nice as well and the manager she has been there awhile she works a lot but always nice #***UPDATE the NEW Manager Reese is amazing he has been a wonderful upgrade to the store an great personality Reese is very patient and I think he is doing a wonderful Job keeping the store up and when he gets more staff I believe it will be one of the top stores great guy great staff ..My only thing is everytime we get use to someone And we like them they move them hopefully not the case now .. “I love speedway, get there at 5am, fresh Krispy Cream donuts. I like their big bites hot dogs with the free chili and cheese and nachos. I love the ice coffee, I like to mix it with the Frappuccino, I can't drink it and eat donuts anymore because I'm a diabetic. But I definitely got that big bite with onion, mustard, chili and cheese, it's still the same not disappointed!! Being diabetic, cut out a lot of fast food eating and drinking. Sorry to disappoint anyone ? I love giving reviews!”

“10-21-21. Nice location for easy on and off of I 90. What are those prices we had on our trip today at $3.29 per gallon. Pumps were clean, and their self-serve windshield washing stations were filled with liquid, towels and a fairly new squeegee. “The staff are nice, products are varied and the prices are reasonable. It's very convenient to have this gas station here in Tontogany since otherwise you'd have to go all the way to Weston, Waterville, Grand Rapids or Bowling Green to get gas.”
“I just want to start off by saying a very big Thank you to Rich. Exceeded my expectations from the start this afternoon. I was broke down and he made a great impression with a courtesy call and addressed my issues while he was on his way. He offered to give me a ride home seeing as my residence was on the same route as the dealership. Safely towed my vehicle to the dealer and called me when he was finished. This was by far my best experience with a Tow service, I will highly recommend Ors Sunoco in the Future!”
“I have a yet to be diagnosed neurological problem. The shop owner caught me getting out of my car to walk in the other day using my cane and trying not to fall down he said stop get back in that car! I said are you angry with me he said no but you need something here he just honked the horn and we'll come out and help you. Have you ever been to a carry out like that before? “I absolutely love this speedway. All of the employees are so kind and friendly when I visit. It's neat and clean which I appreciate. The only complaint I have is with the manager Michelle. She is always rude and this morning I had enough. The person in front of me was chatting it up with the employee having a nice conversation. Then Michelle jumped in to help and rudely said to the customer "all your doing is talking will you stop giving her a hard time and go." I was baffled(the sweet older gentleman was in his late 60's-70's). There was about 5 other people behind me. Michelle stated she was having a bad morning and that she basically was going to lash out on everyone and she is going on vacation. She then rudely said to me when I stated I didn't have my speedy card " your just being difficult" which she has said this statement to me several times but I always try to keep our interaction short and sweet. I really hope this vacation she is taking helps with her personality and she gets the break that she needs. Otherwise, Bill & Red are my favorite and everyone else.”

“I stop here at least every other day...if not every day, since probably 2008. Not once have I ever had a bad experience. When Todd managed the store we became friends. We talked about our Healthcare issues, sports etc.... really felt like it was a "gas station" from the old days where people would know each other and as they say..."shoot the bull" Now that Allie (hope I spelled it right) is managing.... it's still the same Ole friendly place. Her and Megan run a great shift and it's actually fun to stop and "shoot the bull" with these two. We have had alot of laughs over the course of time. DO NOT interfere with that type of "neighborhood" feel. There are a couple things I would change.....you need to add another "coffee" machine. I would like to see more than 5 flavors to choose from. You have the space. I would also like to see a "digital" price sign. Reason? Eyes are getting weaker, can't see as well. You can also."dim" that sign so that it's visible to a driver going by but will not Interfere with the residents in the area. Thanks for the time.”

“Competitive gas prices and they always have what you need for a road trip.
My only issue is that the gas prices sign is poorly placed and awkwardly positioned diagonally on the corner. The prices are only visible from the the right turning lane on west of Hill to S McCord Rd or on the opposite side going north on S McCord Rd but it often blocked by traffic heading southbound. I really wish the owner would make it more visable. Sometimes I end up driving past and go elsewhere instead of having to turn back around or take my eyes completely off the road just to try and see what they are. I hope my photo explains this better!”

“This is a 24/7 gas station that is located right next to tire-man. Their prices are equal to other stations within the are. This station servers both gasoline and diesel fuel. Inside the have a small selection of hot and cold food such as hot dogs and sandwiches . The have bottle pop and fountain pop as well as tea and coffee. The staff is overall very friendly and will get you taken care of in a timely manner. There is air at the gas station to fill your car tires. There is not a car wash here.”

“Usually no line, full pumps, competitive prices, and you can use your free Kroger shopping card for savings at the pumps. One of the best options for gas and diesel. Also, though limited, the drinks and snacks are usually exactly what you're looking for for your trip (and Kroger's grocery is right there next door if you need anything else). Definately recommend.”
