“Easily the greatest customer service around. Period. I usually make it 2 feet into the store before someone is looking to help me find something. There's a manager there, and the next time I'm in, I'll get her name, but she is awesome. Every time I need help, she stops what she's doing and helps me. This may be the only store I've been to in my adult life, where I've literally had zero problems! It took me awhile to get back to the store, but the manager in reference is Brandy. She is absolutely awesome!”

“Friendly staff- always willing to answer questions, especially in the chicken department! Prices are comparable to other farm stores, some are even cheaper than other stores. I enjoy the selection of t-shirts and live poultry.”

“Always excellent service. And they almost always have what I need. They are the best place in the tri-state area for plumbing needs. And I wouldn't buy an artificial Christmas tree from anywhere else.”

“Had to get my dog started on a specific food not easy to find due to food allergies. I received her food the next day, thank goodness. I don't drive. I didn't want her to go through that again. Quick service.”

“It's great to find a retail establishment that still offers amazing customer service. My wife and I recently purchased a new Husqvarna riding mower from this store. We had some issues with assembly and Will and Chris went out of their way to make our issues go away. Thank you both for giving your time and attention to solve these issues and to provide the type of customer service that is deserving of all people.”

“Easy access. Easy to find help with locked up tools and the guy didn't act like I was bothering him or keeping him from "putting away returns". Prices exactly what I expected on one item and cheaper on the other.”

“I had an issue with a purchase I made at the Steubenville Lowes and dealt with the store manager, George. He was absolutely exceptional in his handling of my issue. He took every measure to resolve the problem and saw it to conclusion. And the staff at the Customer Service desk at the store clearly have admiration for this manager and were very helpful in seeing that they carried out his directions completely to our satisfaction. Top notch manager... great customer service experience.”
