We had been to several dealerships before stopping here and we saw tons of cars that trash thrown inside, glove boxes falling off, and overall terrible taken care of vehicles for the same price. We ended up getting our son a very well taken care of vehicle that was clean and priced perfectly for the car we bought. They didn’t pressure us and gave her a good wash before we left. We will be back in a few years when our daughter needs her first car.”

“Many thanks to the great technicians at North Troy Auto for digging into my 2005 Honda CRV and locating a coolant leak (they had to use a camera) that has been causing problems for quite a while. They found the problem, made the difficult repair and had the car back to me the next day. Great job at a fair price. I certainly will be using their services in the future.”

“Took our pull behind camper in for a pilot light issue, causing our water heater to fail. Steven was very thorough and was quick to fix our problem in a timely manner and really committed his time and professionalism to our issue. He was great at relaying information, problems, and pricing to us. He held any promises that were made and treated us as a priority. We were able to get our camper back just in time for our trip thanks to him.”
“Tim is excellent at what he does, and the most honest mechanic I've ever met. He saves all the parts he replaces, so you can see what was wrong with them. I've never had to take my car back there twice to fix a problem. Once it's fixed, it's fixed, and nothing else "suddenly" goes wrong, like I've experienced with some other shops. He doesn't automatically suggest that the problem is the most expensive thing to fix, also like I've experienced with other shops. If all you need is a $20 part, then that's what he fixes. He doesn't cheap out on his parts either. He might be a little bit pricier than other shops, but he's absolutely worth it. I've been going to Tim for a couple of years, and I'll never take my car anywhere else. Also wanted to add that his shop has moved, and he's now at 726 S Walnut St.”

The technician was extremely helpful as was the manager, who honestly informed me that they didn't work on these engines. However, the technician knew enough details to be super helpful to me. “John the owner of The Car Medic did a great job on my Saturn Sky. He changed the MAP sensor, installed a new intercooler for my turbo charger, and welded in a new flex exhaust pipe between the catalytic converter and the exhaust. He did a great job and was very reasonable. He has made me a regular customer. Thanks John!”

“Very friendly staff(Update)After picking my navigator up from getting new tires, they told me I had other front-end issues which they explained I needed more front-end work done. I have never gone to a shop that actually was concerned for the safety of not only me but the safety of my family. They got me in a quick as they could and fixed everything that was wrong. Also for all of our safety they asked me to bring it back in 500 miles to retorque the lug nuts and even had me sign a paper for it. I won't go to any other tire place from now on”

After having the new van back in my home state I had some motor vehicle issues with registering in my state and Justin was all in on resolving them even though he didn’t have to help. “I had such an amazing experience at Getter's Automotive. The owner, Ron, assisted me begging to end. The transmission on my car stopped working and as a single mom of 3, I was worried beyond belief as I definitely need a working and reliable car! Ron came to springfield to tow my car, found an affordable and reliable used transmission for me and Installed the transmission. He checked my tires and filled them up for me. Put whatever the magic fluid it is that makes my AC work in for me. Gave my car an oil change and a new working keyfob. Getter's Automotive was kind, caring, fast, thorough, and AFFORDABLE. The communication was great and they made me feel like they weren't trying to find 1000 non urgent things to fix and charge me for like I've felt from other places in the past. My safety and the safety of my children felt like a top priority with them and I recommend them highly to anyone in need of help with their automobiles.”
