    “I got 2 of my sticks restrung with new mesh. The business is a locally owned and ran out a house. Matt, the stringed was very nice and accommodating. He was able to do both sticks in a couple hours. Normally you would need to make an appointment and his turn around time is usually 24 hours. Before I dropped off the stick I looked up the pricing for other options and Matt’s pricing was lower than I anticipated. There are so many colors and designs to choose from. Matt was very knowledgeable about lacrosse sticks and strings. I wasn’t very knowledgeable about sticks and positions and Matt helped me choose the best options. His stringing has a guarantee and if you don’t like it he can fix it. I would recommend him very highly and will likely do more business with him.”

    “I was not sure what to expect when I made an appointment for a suit fitting because of my height. Most stores do not accommodate for tall people. I was blown away at the amount of fabrics, colors and customization that I could put into the suit. The staff is very, very helpful and helped me pick out two suits. How many stores will let you pick out the button type on a suit or pants? If I ever need another suit, they have my measurements and I can order another suit online or even go back to the store. I am going to tell everyone this is where they should get a suit from.”

    “I had been looking for a specific pair of shoes that was on the website for several weeks and could not find them at my local Citi Trends at all. When I asked the staff at the same place, they could not provide any information whatsoever. I even called all 8 or 9 stores within my area and asked the staff if they had them, and they said they did not. So I emailed corporate asking about them, and the VP of Store Operations emailed me personally to let me know that she was emailing the appropriate people to find out; she got back to me in two days and told me that there had been shipments to THIS store in North Randall and the one in Akron within the past few days. When I went to N.Randall, they not only had them, but were MORE than helpful by telling me that they got regular shipments of the item, plus it's other colors, and were extremely friendly and helpful, which I do not find to be the case at other locations. This particular store is awesome, the staff know what they're doing and talking about, and they maintain an excellent regularly updated selection of stuff I actually like, including things I didn't know I wanted (or existed) until I got there. Great experience, and my personal favorite location.”
