“I was at the Twinsburg Giant Eagle on Tuesday, and Connor’s service WOWED me!!! He graciously put in my giant eagle advantage phone number despite it being super busy, and him taking the time to enter the phone number amidst the crowd was so kind. And although I only got one energy drink, he still took the time to put it in a bag even after I insisted that it was okay— talk about good service!!! I will be back and will recommend this giant eagle to all of my loved ones because of Connor’s service.”
“This is a nice Goodwill. It's clean and well-organized. I like that they hang the clothes up as opposed to using bins. They also sort the clothes by size and not color.”
“The lady by the name of Sherwyn is super friendly and helpful! I frequent this location when I visit a family member and she always remembers my name. I feel bad as she seems to work a lot due to the lack of help, hence why they have to close earlier. So no fault of their own. DG really needs to pay their employees better if they want to keep good help. Also when stores like DG mass produce and ship holiday junk each month, it’s hard to keep up. DG really needs to learn how to work on their supply chain management, because clearly it is an issue and disservice for the employees and customers.”
“Small area for backing and can get congested quickly. There is a drop lot, left of their fuel pumps to turn around. Turn around and back up, all the way to your dock door. All while others are moving around you. Small dock parking.”

“I was having trouble getting a long standing prescription refilled due to low reimbursement from the pbm that Medical Mutual uses. Drug mart had refused to fill it any further. However when I explained this was the last refill, it is actually the taper off dose. If a diabetic stops glp 1 drugs suddenly it can cause serious problems. They filled it. Thank you- pharmacy department.
