“SC Fastening is an awesome company to work with. I usually deal with Danielle or Chuck and they always have a smile on their face & offer great customer service, first class all the way. Their high quality commercial trash bags are awesome and save me lots of time around the yard!”

“I love this store!!! They always have what I’m looking for and the moment I walk in, someone is right there to greet me and to ask if I need any help. It is amazing to have great customer service back again; stores like Home Depot and Lowes do not come anywhere close to treating the customer with the level of respect and kindness that Ace Hardware of Aurora provides.Kudos to the owners for operating a fantastic store that people can enjoy shopping in and actually get the help that they need. Keep it up!!!”

“I usually go to Lowe's for my hardware store needs, but came here because they are an authorized Stihl dealer. I was blown away by the customer service I got here from Cory - such a step above the big box stores, and with comparable pricing. Will return!”

“Family, Farm, and Home is located in the old K Mart in Streetsboro, Oh. I remember going to the grand opening and thinking it was Tractor Supply in different clothing. It took a number of visits before I started to warm up to them as a new shopping option for hunting and outdoor equipment. I like their rewards program. Each purchase earns you point toward store gifts cards. Since we've started shopping there we have purchased a 7x14 aluminum utility trailer, a 60" tiller for our tractor, a 3pt quick hitch, and a Husqvarna zero turn mower. They offer financing through Synchrony with various 0% same as cash options. Beware! Only the 1 year 0% financing is offered without a "processing fee of up to $150! You need to know this because once it's been rung up you have to deal with Synchrony to get it reversed, they can't help you at the store. This isn't a negative against FFH, it's Synchrony. Though I think the employees at FFH should be more aware of this and bring it to the customer's attention at the start of checkout. To put it in perspective, the only 2 places I shop at more often would be Aldis for groceries, and Walmart for everything else.FFH is always a great place to shop.”

“My favorite hardware store in the United States of America. Local, family owned for like a century (not kidding). Big, well equipped, well priced, a treasure to be treasured -- a local asset and legacy to be protected!”

“Had my drive cable snap on my snowblower, and I took it up there to the shop and they were very helpful, gave me a price for the job and as promised the repair was done on time and wasn’t to much difference in the price that was quoted to me.”

“Staff was extremely helpful. They didn't have both things i needed, but they actually brought it up on the cpu and showed me that Amazon had it. Bought the other thing i needed and ordered the other from Amazon. How awesome is that?!”

“I needed a simple flapper for a toilet repair that I have to do every 3-5 years in my home. I went to Ace Hardware and bought the piece after consulting with an employee and showing pictures. When I went to install I quickly realized it was not the part for my toilet. I had to go back to Ace where I learned they did not carry the flapper I needed. Went to Home Depot and no luck there either but a friendly man from H.A.S. Construction also shopping told me I’d need to go to Cleveland Plumbing Supply as the part I needed and had purchased in the two previous stores for the last 15 years was no longer sold anywhere. When I arrived at Cleveland Plumbing John greeted me and was the first person that knew exactly the part I was searching for, got it and quickly rang me up and I was out the door! This is the place to go now! Thank you John!”

“We ordered a rolling island from Lowe's, and when we received it, the box was really beat up. Inside, some of the bags of parts were open, but there was only 1 cam lock missing. We went to the Lowe's in Macedonia, and the staff was extremely kind and helpful. Bob even paid for the package of cam locks saying that it was Lowe's fault, so we shouldn't have to pay for it. Great experience!”

“I like MFS Supply but this last rehab property there were a couple of issues that concern me.I manage 3 LLC's that buy properties in NE Ohio. In the past things went pretty smoothly. But this time: 1) no one told me they don't unload cabinets into the house anymore. Wasn't on the quote! When I mentioned this to them they said they changed that during COVID.NO that is wrong. Even my last deliver in April of 2021 they delivered into home!2) the measuring guy made a HUGE error. He did not measure where the 220 volt range outlet was located nor the 110 volt microwave outlet was. Thus during installation they ended up being behind the base cabinet (220) and behind wrong cabinet (110) and had to be moved. We lost a half a day moving electrical.Mostly I'm happy with MFS and Suzanne, April, Jack, Judy and their diligence and customer service.”

“I would like to give Terry a special shoutout. It’s was my birthday Memorial Day weekend and I was looking for a new charcoal grill to cook on for my family . Terry ,in gardening ,went above and beyond to help me find one that’s was in a box . Unfortunately it was no where to be found. I ended up getting the display model and he even took it down for me with no help or push back. He’s a very kind, patient, and overall good human being. The world could use more people like Terry. Thank you so much for your help.”
