“The people here were very nice and helpful, they took me a day before my appt time but I also delivered hazmat so that plays a role in the unloading process. It took about 10 minutes for me to get someone to come out but today is Sunday so I had to wait a little but nonetheless, I was able to get unloaded and on my way to my next load.”
“Great check in experience even though you have to call in. They are friendly. No parking there, but I see bobtails park at giant eagle gas station at highland rd and route 8. Not sure if overnight parking is allowed there, you will have to ask. But there is a rest area on I 271 south”

“Great place to deliver, got here 1.5 hours before my 9am appointment and now I'm leaving already ( before my appointment ) everyone was very nice and polite, they have some overnight parking and plenty room to back into the dock”
