“The installer was great. The company not so much. Didn’t call or reach out about the original installer not coming they didn’t reach out to reschedule installation. Luckily the installer who did come agreed to come at the end of his day when he was done with his route which ended up being at 6 pm when my window was 8-11 am.”

“I was becoming very frustrated having to reset my phone multiple times a day when I just happened to be driving by the Englewood store. I don't live in the area but was making a delivery for my job and was pleasantly surprised to come across the store. I decided to stop and go in. I explained to Justin what my phone was doing and he believed that it sounded like my Sim card was going bad. He replaced it at NO CHARGE! This corrected the problem.I would highly recommend Justin if you are in need of help with Spectrum. He was very polite, professional and knowledgeable.”
