“I had to deal with Huntington for a relative who has an account there. Everyone was helpful, returned phone calls, etc.
My only comment is why do the tellers not dress like they are going to work? The all black uniforms don't look nice, and the young women had their long hair pulled back sloppily, looking like they were headed to the gym.
What happened to Business Casual for a Professional appearance? This is a bank after all, not a Pet Groomers.”

“This branch is the best! I needed a certified personal check and drove down from Akron. I called on the way because we were going to be cutting it really close. They stayed open a few minutes late to wait for us! Both of the tellers still there were wonderfully friendly and helpful! I wish I lived closer so this could always be my bank!”
