“Five Below is always such a fun place to shop - theres just so much cool and random stuff to look through, and I almost always find something I didn’t even know I wanted. The person at the checkout was super friendly and made the experience really pleasant. The only downside was that one staff member stocking shelves was really rude, which kind of took away from the vibe. Still, overall it’s a great store with tons of fun finds!”

“They didn't have enough wide width shoes or large size dress shoes. There were not enough nickel free jewelry or jewelry with beads. I did like the large size clothes and had a good selection”
“They are working on coming back. You can tell they have significantly reduced the number of items they carry in inventory, even in the holiday decor area, Big Lots used to carry so much more decor for Halloween and Christmas.
They still carry staples like shampoo, conditioner and body wash at great prices and they carry a lot more clothing than the old Big Lots used to carry.
I am hoping that the longer they are open the more their inventory will grow.”

“This is the cleanest Sav a Lot I have ever seen. Fully stocked. Bonus is The Superior Deli inside with big hot food bar. Blackberry cobbler, peach cobbler, cherry cobbler all delicious. Ribs, chicken fish, meatloaf and more. A wid array of side dishes. The white Mac and cheese is very good. Love this store!”
“Save a lot is a 10 out of 10 Very clean very very clean organize the meat looks fresh the cashiers greet you very well 10 out of 10 , The whole staff is very respectful. They keep this save a lot very clean no carts In the parking lot very clean and the manager. I see him cleaning behind the produce racks 10 out of 10.”

“This store is always clean and well organized. Whomever the manager is of this store - I take my hat off to him/her. The have better customer service than most of the Sav-A-Lot stores that I've visited and this store is much cleaner and the lighting is perfect. They have a good selection of groceries too.”
“I love going to the Save-A-Lot it's not crowded it's not that many people in the store when you go in there the workers all are very nice when you come in there so I definitely will be going to this save a lot more often because you don't want to go in the store that's so crowded they give you time to shop and get all the things you need without the store being so crowded”

“What a wonderful location! Bob the cashier is such a kind, helpful, patient individual that really cares about the customers as well as the store there in Willoughby. I had never been to this location yet I will return due to Bobs amazing attitude.”
“Marc's is my to-go to place for groceries. The meat selection is limited. A couple of times I purchased tomatoes, regular or cherry and it tastes like they sprayed some pesticide or some type of chemicals on the tomatoes. I couldn't eat them so I threw them away.”

“The 2 young cashiers that helped me last night were amazing!!! I was scrambling around last night getting things together for a birthday party….. they rocked and helping me get balloons ready with smiles on their face as these balloons are popping before we get them blown up they didn’t give up they were over and beyond to help me I live in Cleveland. I will probably guarantee drive the 30 minutes if I ever need Dollar General again just to see these young ladies. These girls deserve a high five.”
“I should NOT say this, but I will.....T-BONE STEAKS!!!!! Dang it, I gave away my secret. They are three to a pack (perfect for MY family size) and I can get THREE packages here for the same price that I would pay for ONE elsewhere. This store has some of the BEST meats (I don't eat pork). They also have some priced to sell meats as well (meaning you need to make them the day of purchase or the next day or immediately freeze them). Just because it says Save A Lot doesn't mean that everything is off brand. THERE ARE A LOT OF HIGH QUALITY NAME BRANDS HERE (sorry for yelling.....LOL!). I have gotten a lot of "two fors" here in the produce section. If you want to make your money go a long way, I recommend checking out their meats and other name brand items when you get a chance. You can always go to whatever other grocery store you frequent and get the rest of your food items if need be.”
“I needed a lighter to lite my candles. I remembered seeing lighters at the entrance of the store and sometimes in the paper aisle on numerous occasions. I entered the store today and NO lighters!!! I asked the cashier and she stated that they still had them because she sold one earlier and to check in the paper aisle. I went back couldn’t find it and returned to the cashier. She wasn’t there ( I assumed she had went on break) .She reappeared with a smile and told me where they were located. ? I’m today’s time where customer service is nonexistent I would like to give kudos to Ms. Chamiah . I very much appreciate her!!!!”
“The store has turned around 100%. This store is very neat thanks to the caring Employees and Not customers. The service is on point even when they have few employees on the registers. People should be patient when only one cashier at the register. I love this store.”
“Went for a Covid booster. This was my first time using Marc's Pharmacy. Very accessible location, and I really appreciated how nice and friendly the pharmacy staff is. Pharmacist Louis was wonderful, and so skilled that I didn't even feel the needle prick. They took me on time, and as someone without insurance, this was the best price ($120.00) that I could find for the vaccine at any pharmacy. Totally pleased with my visit and happy to have the latest vaccine version. I definitely recommend this Marc's Pharmacy.”

“I lost my wallet at this store. I did not know that at the time, thought I lost it at another store before arriving there. Long story short, the guy I always speak to and is so very kind to respond and acknowledge me, showed up at my apartment today with wallet, everything in tact, I mean everything, quite a bit of cash, credit cards, important information, like nothing was moved. Thank God for this man and I am forever indebted to him even though everything was cancelled out and replaced. I can’t describe what this means to me there aren’t enough words. I have live in this neighborhood for 15yrs. This store has been my go to all these years for things like birthday bags, decorations, oils, shopping carts , rugs, electrical cords, small tools , etc.. IYKYK, simple as that. Thank you Sir, I don’t know you and you don’t know me besides our interactions as a proprietor and a customer, but you have exceeded that with your kind soul for going over and beyond. “Michelle went above and beyond to find some plastic gift wrap bags for me! After pointing me in the direction of where they should be in the store, I went to look but they didn’t have any. As I was getting ready to give up and thought I’d have to try a different store, Michelle came found me with an unopened box that hadn’t made it to the floor yet. She could have just let it go because there were other things for her to do, but she chose to do the extra.
