“- [ ] Had an awesome experience here! Right when I came in they gave me a heads up about extended wait. The check in process was super straightforward, made for a great start! The store itself is quite nice and very well thought out. In the evening I got a text saying the items were ready. I asked if I could come in the next day, and the automated system sent a message saying they didn’t pick any of my items. I was bummed and went back the next day, they once again were super kind, I showed them the message, they were super understanding, apologized for the confusion and mentioned they would follow up. I wish I had gotten their names, they were super helpful and so kind explaining everything with the offer. I thought the offer was good, much better than comparing services such as Plato’s Closet. It was something around 20 dollars for three older but in fashion items. They have a service to donate, but are also happy to keep the clothes to give back to the customer. Overall a great experience, and although I didn’t buy anything this time I thought the items were fairly priced, and they had lots of great brands such as Aritzia, Lululemon, and Brandy Melville. Overall a great place, and I will definitely be back!”
“Got some shoes for Christmas and couldn’t return them cause I was sick call them to exchange them for the same kind and was told I couldn’t exchange them for a bigger size so now I’m stuck with a pair of shoes that I can’t fit their exchange policy sucks if it’s a gift we could be able to exchange them.Update: I got into contact with the owner and he was very helpful and let me exchange the shoes for a bigger size. The transaction went smoothly and I was in and out. The store was nice and clean smell good the sales associate was very helpful to will be going back to buy more shoes from them”
“My husband absolutely loves shopping here! Before we found this store, he had been shopping at the usual men’s stores and department stores, but never really finding things he liked. J3 is packed full of superb quality clothing. The style is unmatched to any other men’s store. These are items made with the finest materials. You definitely get what you pay for. The service is exceptional! We mainly deal with Jack and Brian, but all associates are awesome and helpful! They know their merchandise and they have the expertise to help you find exactly what you like. No one pushes you to buy anything. They really are there to help you if you need it. And their advice on clothing is spot on. I love this store and wish they had a store for women’s clothing :) But for now, we are customers for men’s clothing for life here!”

“I had an outstanding experience when visiting Indochino in Warrensville Heights, Ohio. I have to especially thank Devon, who took my measurements and guided my fiancée and me through the suit selection process. Devon was very thorough and took the time to make sure I was measured correctly and familiar the customization options that were available to me. It was such a great experience because I visited an Indochino location in Pittsburgh a couple weeks before and the associate was unprofessional and hurried. Devon went above and beyond and provided exactly the experience I was hoping for. Once I receive my order I'll come back and update this review regarding the fit and feel of my suit and shirt.”
“I was in the area for lunch and while walking past this store, we spotted this t-shirt in display by the window so I knew I had to get it. Went inside the store and unfortunately they only had a S and 3XL. The worker said this was a popular shirt (which I'm not surprised) and helped me check if the other locations had a M in stock. Since the other locations were pretty far away, she gave me a free shipping code to order the shirt online. Order placed Friday afternoon and I got my shirts on Wednesday. First time coming into this store and it was a great experience!”
“I went to the Fly Fishing 101 with my son and two grandsons on Saturday April 13. Although it was windy the Orvis staff made the best of it. They were so patient with my grandsons. I really appreciated the time they spent. They really worked at breaking down the casting and line tying in a manner we could understand. Great group of people and would recommend it to anyone interested in learning more about fly fishing.”

“I love my Tom James suits, shirts, and sport coats! Not only do I get a LOT of compliments, but the fit is fantastic. Many off the rack suit companies sell fine clothing, but to have them look right they need to be tailored. That’s not an issue with Tom James! They come to you, measure to your fit and preference, and then bring your clothes to you!The pricing is extremely reasonable for the quality and service. Plus, there are various price ranges for different needs. And the variety of fabric choice is beyond compare.The TJ rep who comes to see me, Grace P., knows my taste and helps me pick what’s right for me. I’ve shopped lots of places and love a good suit. “Exceptional! My son's pants were tailored to perfection. It's difficult to clothe a teen who is 6'5 while preserving his youth. They were patient understanding and shared thoughts and ideas. It was a great experience they treated us like family. I haven't been here is so many years used to come with my Dad and nothing has changed I appreciate the experience my son walked away with he wasn't scarred he can't stand clothes shopping that entails trying on but they made it simple and bearable.”

“Store was clean and organized. My only complaint would be that they should have mobility scooters in the store for customers with mobility issues. Currently there is no way for a person who has trouble walking to comfortably shop, which makes us leave.”

Boy do I have to tell tell you something.
What an experience I just had went in to buy a suit left with a suit.
Can you imagine that for a minute, walking in for something and actually walking out with what you came for?
Now you might say that it took forever. But I will tell you that the whole experience was amazing from start to finish. Came at 3:30 left happy at 4:15. I will be shopping here again IYH soon
