“Daniel Lemp is the best employee ever! Today is Wednesday and my wedding is on Saturday. I found out today that I had serious problems with my tuxedo (which I purchased from a completely different company, no affiliation with Ticknors). I was frantically calling various places, trying to find a white suit jacket in my size. Eventually we found Ticknors. Daniel first called around to all other locations, could not find my size, then called their manufacturer out of California to have a custom suit jacket made in my size and overnight shipped. I could not believe how incredible the service was. Truly amazing!! He saved my wedding day!”

“Went in to get a new pair from an online return and Jacob was absolutely fantastic. Listened to everything I needed, made great recommendations, explained everything perfectly, and I left with two pairs of exactly what I needed that I didn't even know were made! 10/10”

“I came in today without any idea on what I may have wanted. Brian and Ben were very helpful in regards to helping me not only create, but find the right size in the clothes that I wanted to purchase upon seeing them. Very nice gentleman for a relaxing tone set at the store, will be returning.”

“Great clothes and customer service! I purchased a bathing suit that unfortunately had an inseam that unraveled after a single wearing. Returning to the store Margo demonstrated what unparalleled customer service means. You’ve earned a long term customer!”

“I’ve shopped at this Untuckit numerous times, always a great experience with great staff! Yesterday, associate I’Dris assisted me finding what I needed. And today, the items I purchased went on sale, so I was able to call back to get the sale price. When I called back, I’Dris was working and took care of the refund in less then five minutes! Again, great service and I will be back to purchase more clothing.”

“Nice and new. Limited choices as small store. No sale items. You pay for parking close to buildings through a parking machine by buildings. Parking lots circle the outside road area.”

“So much variety. I like that they are adding more wear to work clothing for women. It isnt easy to find a reasonably priced suit jacket or blouse, but H & M does it!”

“I was really surprised. Just see the low ratings. However, sense I move to Ohio from Philadelphia over 3 years ago. This is one of the main stories if I need something really cute and not expensive, people ask me, where did you get your pants or that set from? ZARA is one of the smaller boutique go to stores that I like at this particular Beachwood mall! Other than Dillard's. Sorry for the others bad experiences. I've obviously gone when they've cleaned up.🤷♀”
