The two staff.members I received assistance from were fantastic! Both were extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. The merchandise is outstanding, too. I left with a sweater for myself and a handbag that I am gifting to a friend for her birthday. I saw so many things I would have loved to purchase, but I managed to rein myself in. “My husband and I visited the store on 07/12/2023 after having just visited another local hat store that has also been around for many many years. This store is a stark contrast from our experience at the other business! Immediately, we were impressed with this store's appearance and the friendly greeting we received from Maelynn (?spelling) and one of the store owners! Maelynn was very knowledgeable about the various hat styles and was able to show us selections after my husband explained what he was looking for! He chose a hat he loves, I love it too, and love to see him in it! When we are back in our home town, we will be sure to visit them again and get hubby right!! Thanks Maelynn and team!!”

“Got some shoes for Christmas and couldn’t return them cause I was sick call them to exchange them for the same kind and was told I couldn’t exchange them for a bigger size so now I’m stuck with a pair of shoes that I can’t fit their exchange policy sucks if it’s a gift we could be able to exchange them.Update: I got into contact with the owner and he was very helpful and let me exchange the shoes for a bigger size. The transaction went smoothly and I was in and out. The store was nice and clean smell good the sales associate was very helpful to will be going back to buy more shoes from them”

Scott and the rest of the staff at the Beachwood store were very helpful assisting me with picking out a suit based on my budget and requirements. I needed a quick turn around on the tailoring due to an unplanned family event. They were able to make this happen ahead of time and and I will always be grateful for that. The suit fit perfect and looked great on someone who rarely wears a suit and tie! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ticknor's to anyone needing a suit.”

“I went to the Fly Fishing 101 with my son and two grandsons on Saturday April 13. Although it was windy the Orvis staff made the best of it. They were so patient with my grandsons. I really appreciated the time they spent. They really worked at breaking down the casting and line tying in a manner we could understand. Great group of people and would recommend it to anyone interested in learning more about fly fishing.”

“Forgot to pack shirts on a trip and found myself wandering around to pick some up. I've heard of UNTUCKit before but had never gone to their physical store. After getting an explanation of how the store works, Ashley helped me find my size and picked out some shirts. Sure, these shirts are higher priced than something you'd get from a department store, but the shopping experience is great, the fit is perfect, and the quality of shirt is great. While I might not make it back to this store specifically, Ashley has made me a customer for life!”
