“Deja is awesome! My brother and I came in last minute looking for a dress for my niece's graduation and she picked it out along with a nice jacket to cover her arms with. Customer service is beyond excellent. I do apologize I forgot to ask the cashier their name, we started discussing the pineapple shirt they were wearing. Checking out was a speedy process and every employee there were all smiles even 1 minute before closing. Thanks again for all the help. I flew from Ga. so I do not know when the next time I visit will be.”

“If you're looking for African kids clothing this place has it all. From your baby's baptism, communion, etc. Nice kids suits and dresses for special occasions. There's something for you. There is fabric for women which is abit pricey compared to Debinet's.and there is clothing for men too. The lady who works there is kind as well. Worth checking out.”

“My husband and I recently shopped two weekends in a row at Penneys and were pleased with the selection, value and sales you had going on. It brought back memories of earlier happier times in life, and the way it is decorated for Christmas really puts us in the mood to shop. I also love your jewelry selection. I prefer your store over Kohl's which is too "plastic" and lacks great selection. Please don't go. Hopefully with a new government administration the economy will pick up and things will improve.”

“Review edit as of 9/19:I spoke with the district manager and had a wonderful conversation. He apologized, understood, and did everything he could to make it right. Excellent customer service.I went into the store to get my items today that had been processed and spoke with the store manager, Tori. She also apologized and said if I ever had trouble again to please have someone get her and bring it to her attention.Owning up to issues and handling them is what a customer is looking for. Thank you both for remedying the situation.I’ve been coming here for years, and just in the past year it’s gone downhill terribly.I called ahead and asked if they were taking items, loaded everything up and drove over, just for them to tell me they’re not taking anything and too full. Frustrating to say the least.Then I finally found a time they would take my items. Sold a decent amount of things, but realized a part of a costume was in my “passing” items. I asked where the rest of the costume was since it wasn’t in either of my bins (buying or passing). The girl in charge said my bag was likely overflowing and it’s not their problem. I have been selling here for 5 years, I know not to make them too full. So my costume is likely floating around in someone else’s bag and I didn’t get paid for it, or receive it back. She was rude, didn’t offer a solution, or even attempt to fix it. If you want to sell clothes here, just drive a little further and go to the Sawmill location. Their customer experience is much better.”

“IT WAS AN EMERGENCY!!!!!! One of my flip-flops broke ? I absolutely had to get to Old Navy ASAP!! I will only buy my flip-flops from Old Navy, and have been for the past 20 years. Of course I couldn't only walk out with just flip flops. My annoyed husband, even wound up finding a few things for himself...... aaaaaannnnnddd he wasn't annoyed with my emergency mission (that I made him come with me on) by the time we left the store.All around win. The staff thought it was hilarious.”

“I love once apon a child they are really amazing. I like to take my son's winter clothes in at then end of winter and see what they are willing to buy so I can use that money towards his spring and summer clothes and ect. I also really love that they have a rewards/ in store program so if I just put the $$ towards buying him stuff at this same store then I actually get more money for in store rather than cash. I find so much great stuff here from name brand toys, to name brand shoes barely used and so much more. I have also gotten things that are Walmart brand and maybe it be brand new still with the tags on it. I really suggest if you have the time to check this place out it's really a great store for babies toddlers and small children. I have even gotten t-shirts here for myself before.”
