The employees empowered to fix issues and ensure the success of the little guys like me has me singing praises.The Fiber Services as well as the ability to have a backup Wireless Connection to our business has been something even the larger providers in the industry just could not figure out how to provide.We require uptime 100% of the time.Our own Customers require this as well and Curtis and his team @ ICS have been able to provide this day in and day out.The local providers regional and even the national providers need to learn a thing or two from ICS.”

“Overall, I found this store to be helpful. We found the trade in process to be very frustrating. I stopped in this store and they told me I could trade in our phones there. It's a good thing, because I did not receive the right materials to mail them back. We have 2 phones and I received 1 envelope. I called and was told I should have 2 envelopes. Verizon customer service told me on the phone they would send another envelope and box. I called again 10 days later. To this day, I have never received the materials! Since there is a deadline to send the trade ins, I was getting stressed about it. It should not be that hard to do an online trade in! The reps at this store were helpful.”
