“Went in there to add a line. It was on a promotion and I got charged an activation fee, that was supposedly free and they added an extra phone line that I knew nothing of. Now I trying to take care of this situation and the Manger isn't there to fix an issue that one of there employees caused. Everything was great until I went to get another phone. Bottom line is I got 3 lines which I'm supposed to have, but a extra line was added to my account and I don't know why. I want it removed.They took care of the situation after I went into the store. It was I issue that I over reacted to, cause another store told me one thing and I wanted fixed and the next day. In the end all is well. Thank you N Hamilton.”

The employees empowered to fix issues and ensure the success of the little guys like me has me singing praises.The Fiber Services as well as the ability to have a backup Wireless Connection to our business has been something even the larger providers in the industry just could not figure out how to provide.We require uptime 100% of the time.Our own Customers require this as well and Curtis and his team @ ICS have been able to provide this day in and day out.The local providers regional and even the national providers need to learn a thing or two from ICS.”
