“Had the best representative from Cleveland office when calling to have a phone switched from tmoble to spectrum. Walked me through changing simcard, stayed on line and walked me through getting PIN authorization from tmoble for switch. If it was possible I would recommend Nicole for any promotion, training new employees or employee of the year.
