“trap me special” that the new tenants get (who may be good paying tenants OR not). You have to take some exaggerated
$$$$ current market rate even though they know you pay like clockwork, follow the rules and keep a clean unit. I guess I could ask to be rewarded for my loyalty by allowing me the same rates as a newbie. I would still be paying you quite a bit more. Now I have to search for somewhere more reasonable.?
Update: This locations customer service is questionable at times. They recently had help from another location who was stellar! I was dreading stopping into this location however Andy made my day. I wish they had more workers like him.”

“MVM has been great! I had them move a few items out of our basement so we could attempt to sell, prior to moving. Jervonte and Daniel did an awesome job moving a sectional and antique Murphy Bed. Both were very professional and personable. I would highly recommend MVM for your moving needs. We already have them scheduled to move us in October.”

“I had won a bid on a unit at auction from this facility and needed to go clean it out. The night before I was to go I ended up hurting my neck and literally couldn’t walk from a pinched nerve so I couldn’t clean the unit out. Extra Space gave me the entire week to get there and it really eased my mind and in turn helped my neck get better cuz I wasn’t as stressed out. Thank you! I really appreciated it!”
“It was incredibly easy to lease the unit. I had questions about adding others for access...they were answered by the 'chat' helper. I went to the facility on Old Avery Rd in Dublin. Teresa was extremely helpful in setting up my digital access, which for some reason wasn't working. The unit was very clean and ready for move in. The entire lot was well maintained and gave me comfort in knowing my belongings were not going to be damaged by environmental issues.”

“The facility on west broad street, galloway has been nothing but the very best. I've used their services for over 2 years and have 4 storage units and recently added outdoor parking. “The crew communicated extremely well leading up to, during and after our move. The virtual tour was very helpful to my schedule. Even with a change in our plans they were able to accommodate. The crew came on time and loaded up everything quickly and without any damage to my belongings or our property. At drop off the team was just as great.
The driver/leader whom we called “Captain Kirk” really made sure the process went well on site at pick up and delivery.
My work causes me to move every few years. This is my second move with this company and I will be using them again in the future!”

“This is my second time to rent storage space at Life Storage on Henderson Rd and I was pleased to see that Tonya was still manning the front desk as capably as ever . She also had a helper from another location , MJ ( Mike) and together they let me check on various sites, sizes and locations , and helped me to finish booking with their online specials . I’ve happily returned here to their safe , well lighted , clean and convenient location, hours and easy payment options .
