“I walk in and I am praying this storage company has a small unit to rent, I don't have much, around 15, 20 boxes, small size box. The lovely woman in charge is Tracy, lovely, kind, thoughtful and knows her business...the type of person you can trust what she says. She has the ability to create a comfortable environment for all customers. I walk in and in a few minutes I was walking to the indoor climate controlled 5X5 just the correct size for my needs. The area
has cameras, easy to see all traffic in and out....I was very impressed with how clean and dry the entire lot was, felt very safe moving in my boxes alone. Just want to say thank you plus the unit I rented was on sale and you do not need to give notice of moving out. Really this was as easy as 1,2,3 all because Tracy knows and loves her job!

Great rates and specials. Very clean and secure property. It's part of a family owned storage facilities and you are treated like family as well. “Two reasons I didn't give it 5 stars. You get surprise insurance fees, so the final price is higher than indicated on the website, leaving you feel low-balled. And discounts were available online that weren't available in-person.
Otherwise, the move-in went smoothly. The process was simple and easy to follow and when I moved in, keys and a lock were waiting for me. For someone unused to storage spaces, that was a major benefit. Plus, management seem genuinely interested in a positive customer experience.”

“Love our local CubeSmart at E Dublin Granville Rd in Worthington where we have 3 units! Both Keith and Meci run the place like a charm. Whenever we’ve needed anything one of them has always been available and more than helpful. This is a well run business and I would highly recommend it. Always clean, safe and well monitored. “Today, I'm giving 5 stars because Margie was pleasant to work with, understanding, willing to listen, and genuinely showed that she cared about helping me.
I recently won a storage auction for a unit at the Kinnear Road location. For those unfamiliar with the process, once you win a unit, you only have a limited amount of time to finalize the purchase and clean it out. The manager at the Kinnear Road location called me the day I won the auction and explained their office hours so I could complete the paperwork. Unfortunately, I couldn't make it that same day due to the limited hours, but I was told they would be open all day the following day, which worked perfectly for me.
Before heading over, I called the office but didn't get an answer. I assumed they were busy, so I drove there during my lunch break. When I arrived, the office was closed. I called again, left a voicemail, and returned later that afternoon, but the office was still closed. I continued calling before, during, and after my visits but never received a response.
Yesterday was the last day I had to finalize everything. After waiting for a callback that never came, I decided to stop by after work just in case. When I arrived, someone was locking up. I explained my situation and asked how I could complete the process. The employee informed me that their system was down and that I would need to visit another Public Storage location to finalize the auction.
While I wish I had known that sooner, the experience turned around from there. Kim gave me her direct number and told me to contact her if I ran into any issues. I initially drove to another location only to discover it was kiosk-only. Rather than continue wasting gas, I texted Kim, and she quickly directed me to the another location. She even called ahead to let them know I was on my way.
When I arrived at the Billingsley Road location, Margie was ready to help. She told me Kim had already called and assured me that she would take care of everything. Margie was professional, friendly, and efficient throughout the process. She also shared a helpful tip: whenever I win an auction at one of their properties, I can contact their location for assistance if the physical auction site happens to be closed.
The experience started off rocky and cost me extra time and gas, but Kim and Margie absolutely saved the day. Their customer service, communication, and willingness to help turned a frustrating situation into a positive one. Thank you both for going above and beyond.”
“I haven’t had issues here really, it’s always clean and even when the weather is bad the staff has helped me shovel into my unit. I recently got a call from Heather with great news regarding rent that has helped me. I have been highly satisfied with this storage for the 2 years I’ve had it. I definitely recommend for a safe storage unit.”
