I was tasked with organizing a bachelorette party and needed embroidery and engraving services done at the last minute. I was quite worried that I wouldn't be able to get everything done on time, but Christian was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure that my order was completed on time and to my exact specifications.Not only was Christian very responsive and communicative throughout the entire process, but he was also extremely patient with me as I made changes to the design and layout of the personalized items. He truly took the time to understand my vision and helped me to create beautiful, high-quality products that my friends absolutely loved.The quality of the work itself was exceptional, with every detail meticulously crafted to perfection. From the embroidery on the tote bags to the engraving on the wine glasses, everything was flawlessly executed and looked absolutely stunning. They are by appointment but my appointment is 8 am to 3 pm, they said your delivery appointment is tomorrow, but they accept my load same day. I did check in 7 am, I got call 7:30 empty 8 am.”
“I’m extremely happy with the delivery and installation of my new LG Dryer. The team showed up earlier than expected and communications were excellent. The only downside to the entire process was the dryer was delayed about a week. This didn’t cause any hardship because the our old unit was still operational. RXO was a pleasure to deal with and I can’t say enough good things about the delivery and installation crew. Very professional!!!”
“I've been to this location several times and have always had excellent service. Today, I brought in two large portraits to see how much shipping them would cost. Bridget was very friendly and professional, explaining the costs and handling my items with care. She was super understanding when I wanted to wait in the store so I could text my husband about whether he'd be comfortable with the cost. Ultimately, I decided not to ship the items, and since I had my young child with me, Bridget and Stew offered to let me get him to the car and bring my car around so they could load the portraits in for me. I didn't even purchase anything on this visit, and they still provided top notch customer service! I will happily take my business here in the future.”
“This company is not a distributor or retailer of stock or moving boxes so you cannot get one, two, or ten boxes. They are a manufacturer of custom sized and designed boxes. They don't sell one, two, or ten boxes. They have minimum quantities since they have to make them to order. They are one of the best box designers/manufacturers in Ohio. Please don't confuse them with stores like UPS or Blue Box. If you have a new product and need a great box design, then call Buckeye Boxes.”
“This is the best fedex location in the nation. The staff helped me quickly and with so much patience. They handled everything I needed in making copies for a hearing I had and even suggested other things to help. I left my backpack and they rushed out to give it to me. I’m a visitor to Columbus so probably won’t be back, but these guys were the best!”

“There are several reasons to use this store for U-Haul. The first is simply the people. They are nice, a quality that goes a long way when you have to move stuff. They have a lot of trucks, so I have been able to get trucks on two different August Saturdays, a busy time. They also have a lot of parking. They have gone out of their way to make my tasks easy (I won't raise expectations by listing favors done, but the folks here are very considerate).”

“I can’t say enough positive things about this specific UPS store. I had a LARGE amount of items to return and a staff member came out to my car and helped me carry it all inside. “Imagine all of the services of the post office, but with no long lines and good customer service. It does exist and can be found in a shopping center in Upper Arlington. They have shipping and mailing services for USPS, Fed Ex and UPS all in one place, which is really convenient. They also offer printing services, but I have never used those. I believe it is under new ownership, and they really brought the business back to life. They are closed on Sundays.”

I was very impressed and grateful as she walked me through the process over multiple emails. Her patience and clear next steps assured me that the 3rd generation, irreplaceable item would be handled with care. The process was seamless with Jessica informing me every step of the way. I received the machine in perfect condition and was surprised at the unsolicited feedback when the trucking company driver explained that Craters & Freighters are the best company in the business! The quality of the phone was UNACCEPTABLE! All I wanted was to return it ALL! I went to The UPS Store and the employee I encountered was EXTREMELY accommodating! Did not think of remembering her name...sorry I didn't!
