He patiently explained the construction, function, warranty, service, etc of the spas. He was NEVER pushy, answered every question, and we never felt as if he was just trying to clear out inventory. He made sure we were able to get the exact model we wanted, even calling the owner to double check inventory.Fast forward to the very speedy delivery process . Britny was great about setting up a delivery time that would work for me. Mikey and the delivery crew left zero trace. There was barely a blade of grass out of place! Mikey made sure that the tub was placed exactly where I wanted it and thoroughly explained the setup and chemical process. He even gave me some tips from his personal experience with his own tub.Overall, I am super pleased with the value of Agean's spas, the ease of buying, and most of all the stellar customer service! It's easy to look at the inventory, Jen is always helpful and you know what to expect as far as estimate and process for completing the project. Everyone who came to our home was courteous and careful which can be hard to find when you have people working in your home. No issues we were not informed may happen and the site was clean when they finished. We'd use them again.”

We walked in with our new construction flooring, paint and granite choices and he walked us right to his recommendations for shower tile and then went and grabbed shower floor and bathroom floor tile options to coordinate. He couldn't have made the process easier and more enjoyable. He absolutely has an eye for what looks great and kept our budget in consideration.
