They are by appointment but my appointment is 8 am to 3 pm, they said your delivery appointment is tomorrow, but they accept my load same day. I did check in 7 am, I got call 7:30 empty 8 am.”
“This is a new facility and has some areas that are still in process of being built/improved. I do not recommend coming into the facility from Rome Hilliard. Take Fisher Rd to Manor Park. It saves the headache of fighting cross traffic.”

“I love this job! I don't know what the other reviewer was talking about. This job has been amazing! They were voted one of the most diverse places to work for in the United States because they include everybody, yes even old people. The perks are amazing! You earn your vacation as you work so you don't have to wait a whole year before you get anything and you even start off with a couple of floating holidays depending on what time of the year you're hired. The pay is above average and they have monthly prize giveaways for attendance, shout outs and employee of the month for every shift. Not just one shift, every shift. The people for the most part get along, you're going to have oil and water try to mix every now and again but just throw in some lettuce and you'll be fine! This is an amazing place to work and I pray to God everyday that I don't lose my job here because it is a blessing and I love it.”
“Deliveries , we begin at 6:10 AM. We ask that you please pull up to the big red stop sign. Step out your tractor and hand your paperwork and driver's license to the Costco member at the window.This will help us with the checking in process, it'll move smoothly.

“Made a test purchase a year ago to see if this is a legit company. It is from what we can tell. Recently made another purchase because they sometimes have very hard to find items and were planning on giving them major business for a few upcoming projects. I like that they ship only via UPS which is a sign that a company values customers actually receiving their purchases. There was an issue and they quickly worked to resolve things. We appreciate the response and will look out for any changes in regards to our other suggestions.”

“Very slow unloading, expect it to be at least a couple of hours. Google GPS works better than truck GPS, and I suggest using both until you get off 270 East then use Google. But expect to be there for at least 2 hrs or greater, and you can't sleep overnight on property. Very nice employees especially check in”

“Appointment at 12:00, arrived at 11:00 and got door immediately when checking in, I was out with paperwork by 13:00. Staff was friendly, helpful and I’ll certainly be back if the opportunity presents. Porto potty outside, and as others said, truck parking at Wendy’s across the street.”
“Really nice front staff and loaders. Respectful people. Got 4 hrs early and they still gave me a dock and started to load me. Overnight parking and vending machines. If you're new at driving a semi i would suggest having someone look for you. It is very very tight.”
“Nice place to deliver, strict to appointment, take normal time to unload. Gated facility, go to guardshak not before half an hour of appointment time, get the door and backin but leave some room b/w trailer and dock. A guy will come, get the seal cut in his presence and look the load inside then slide the tendems, backin and unhook trailer...be very careful of parking at night on Shipping side which has no guardshak. Can park in street if you come at night, small street on Receiving side.”
“Loading is completed quickly, so even if you receive the bill, you can receive the invoice 30 minutes later.Total travel time is approximately one and a half hours.The staff is friendly, the restrooms for drivers are clean, and the yard is spacious and comfortable.”
“It seems that this warehouse is primarily for UPS Mail Innovations, which people don't understand is the literal cheapest shipping service you can buy. This location has had some trouble with timely getting packages out. I used to work at UPS, so I know the struggle of the work they have to do. Its not easy, its laborious and physically intense, and around this time of year all shippers are booked to their eyes with orders, please be patient, if not then maybe select a more premium shipping service. But even then, my order has been delivered to my post office in two days from being here. I say that's pretty dang good. They dont deliver them, they are being contracted and picked up by USPS.”

“I am a CPR instructor who teaches several classes each weekend so I not only go through a lot of supplies but the manikins definitely get lots of use. MCR Medical has been great to work with. They are fast and efficient with supply orders and when I have problems with the manikins they do their best to resolve the issue. I appreciate good customer service and have never received anything but from MCR.”
