I worked closely with Charlie; his attention to detail is impressive! He battled with the insurance company to ensure that only OEM parts were reinstalled. I had no issue waiting a month to get it right. Perfection takes time. No orange peel, and the gaps are perfect, just like it left the Toyota factory back in 2022.

“I just wanted to say how pleased we are with the work we had done on our rv. They did a remarkable job restoring our coach to a pristine condition. Our rv is from the early 2000’s and had a lot of swirly decals on it. They stripped those off and painted on new ones that looked better than the originals. The upper half of the coach was gel coat , heavily chalked up. They buffed that part to a high shine . Remarkable. They replaced other factory decals that were faded and lifting off. Their attention to detail was most impressive. The coach looks absolutely brand new. Would highly recommend work from this company.”

“This is a really great shop. I stopped on a whim to get new tires for my work car. And they had me in and out (without an appointment) in about an hour. When some of the aluminum shells on my old lug nuts cracked, they offered to replace them with one piece lug nuts for free. I went back again to get my TPMS sensors replaced, and my experience was just as good. The prices are fair. The staff is not focused on upselling you. The service times are fast. And they have always treated me fairly. I would recommend Discount Tire to my friends and family. They have become my preferred tire shop.”

“Came in to get a new battery. Lucas took care of me. When him and I looked under the hood you could tell the battery exploded. you could see yellow stuff everywhere. Lucas helped me out big time. It was a struggle to get the terminals off the old battery. Lucas was kind and was not upset about the pain it was to replace the battery. He took care of me like he was my best friend. Good Job.”
“Champs did a great job repairing our SUV after a deer ran into the side of it. There are no visual clues it was ever in a deer collision. I would definitely use their repair services again!”
“Had an issue where my car wouldn’t start and figured it was an issue with the starter after testing the battery and trying to jump, among some other cues hinting at a starter issue. This shop promptly accepted my tow that would be happening a couple hours later and estimated they’d look at it either the same day or the morning after, at the latest. I was pleased to get a call not long after my car arrived at the shop that the issue was indeed the starter and that it would be fixed by the end of the day. Got another call a couple hours later saying it was ready to be picked up! Everything was a very fair price and the work was done very promptly. Would take my car here again if there’s another problem in the future!”

“I visited this dealer with the intention of test driving a used car, which ended up not being on the lot. Instead, I test drove a couple of other cars. Initially I was not 100% ready to make a purchase because I was deciding if I should repair and keep my current vehicle. Remesi, the sales person I worked with, was super helpful when I initially visited the lot and also didn’t try to push me into buying a car when other sales people would have. One of the cars I test drove seemed like a really good fit, and I was able to think about it over night. I went in for an estimate to fix my side-view mirror, which I accidentally broke while backing out of my garage. I already had the replacement part with me. Sarah greeted me with a smile, took the part and my car key, and within 10 minutes told me the technician was already working on it. In less than 15 minutes, it was done—good as new! When I asked about the repair cost, she said don't worry about it. I was blown away by their kindness, speed, and professionalism. Truly outstanding service!”
