“This is a really great shop. I stopped on a whim to get new tires for my work car. And they had me in and out (without an appointment) in about an hour. When some of the aluminum shells on my old lug nuts cracked, they offered to replace them with one piece lug nuts for free. I went back again to get my TPMS sensors replaced, and my experience was just as good. The prices are fair. The staff is not focused on upselling you. The service times are fast. And they have always treated me fairly. I would recommend Discount Tire to my friends and family. They have become my preferred tire shop.”

On top of it all, they charged the most reasonable rates out of any shop within an hour of where I live. Great facility and very professional and friendly staff. Thanks to the team for their great work!”

“What an amazing business! I just had my front bumper repaired and am beyond satisfied with the work. Out of the nearly ten body shops I got estimates from, Red Top was the only one who agreed that my bumper was repairable and did not need to be entirely replaced like everywhere else said. It was a significant fraction less than what it would cost anywhere else! They were very helpful and responsive when asking questions and finding a time to fit me in their schedule. It only took about two and a half days to repair my bumper! Which is amazing considering the fact that again, other places wanted to replace the entire bumper, and most estimated about a week before my car would be ready. I couldn’t be happier with the work and you wouldn’t even be able to tell that there was a hole in the bumper just days ago. Support local and the lovely couple who run this body shop. If you’re looking for quality, affordable, and most importantly honest work, you’ve found the right place!”

“I had been searching for a shop to service my Lt1 impala SS for months. After talking with mike and seeing his facility I have never been more confident that my car was in great hands. He fixed an issue that A previous shop had caused. He keeps you updated and will even send pics/texts while he has your vehicle so you know exactly what’s going on with your vehicle. Prices were very affordable and the work was a1! As soon as I cranked my car and left his parking lot and stepped on the gas I could feel the difference instantly. I will be using Mike for all the work that needs done on my car! Thanks again mike you are the MAN!”

“I had great service by Denver, an associate at Medina Auto Zone. My battery for my tractor wouldn't crank over to start. Denver explained to me to try a slow charge on it. It worked. The charge brought it to full crank apps. Thanks Denver for your knowledge and good customer service. Thank you Auto Zone for having the good people working for you. When the battery does go bad. I'll be talking to your people. Thank You.”

“Napa is one of those auto parts stores that has been serving the automotive parts space for years. While the "BIG BOX CHAIN" auto parts stores provide for the most part, the exact same thing at a somewhat less expensive price, the oftentimes teenage store associates are not going to provide you with the knowledge that is often available at many NAPA retailers. While I do shop at both NAPA and the big chain auto parts stores (Napa's are usually are not open late), there is definitely key differences. Let's talk about motor oil and antifreeze. For those of us still driving cars with internal combustion engines, this is a necessity. NAPA's own brand of both of these products is usually MUCH LESS EXPENSIVE than the 3 major chain stores. Did you know that they don't just stock auto parts? if you have the part number or know the size, you sometimes can get certain parts like bearings or a belt for your Lawn Mower or Washing Machine. How about a headlight bulb for your bicycle? They can even mix auto paint at many of their stores for that project vehicle you are working on. Maybe you just need some touch up paint for a scratch. Or perhaps you need some bolts and nuts to fix that broken wheelbarrow. Many of these stores have books/catalogs to cross-reference things that sometimes the computer doesn't show you. Kind of like going to the card catalog at your local library, if they even do that anymore.....The point is that the experienced employees at NAPA make it worth paying a little extra. If you go to many of the "big box auto part chain stores" and they can't look it up on the computer, you're screwed, to put it politely. When you need something next time, call NAPA too. You never know, NAPA might have what you need for less.”

“It used to be that if You needed nuts bolts hardware You could count on Napa,Lately even Napa doesn't bother restocking small much needed items. The discount parts stores only offer assortment packs and seldom can You find what You need.Although this awesome store had to become part of a discount chain they try hard to still offer all that they used to and they are the last TRUE remaining parts store in this town. They are much appreciated...and they are all great people full of automotive knowledge.”

“My name is Barry McKeighan from Rutland, Vt. I would like to take this time to share my experience dealing with Ken Garley Kia in Medina Ohio. We were on our way from Rutland , Vt. to Memphis, TN. With our grandson when my rod brgs went on my 2014 Kia Sorento. I was so lucky to see there Kia dealership sign just off the interstate, so L was able to pull off and make it to the dealership. They were able to pull it right in to evaluate it and said the motor had to be replaced.. I want to especially thank Brett on the service dept.and the mechanic for the speedy turnaround time for the repair. We were able to complete our trip to Graceland with a rental and pick up our car on the way back through. I would recommend them for sure on the service department. Again, thanks Brett for all your help.”

“I had an emergency and my tire was flat, and I had been needing new tires for some time. Ordered tires a week ago and they came in early. My Appointment wasn’t until later and they were able to get me right in to have new tires installed, and balanced. Great service I am so thankful all the employees were helpful and you can’t go wrong with a road hazard warranty for the life of the tires. They kept me informed through text and phone calls. The whole auto care center provided excellent service! So appreciative of the whole team, and so glad they could get me in early. Can’t beat the price or service including ordering the specific tires I wanted for my vehicle.”
