“Honestly glad I found this place. I've been here three times recently for different things and never once felt lied to or taken advantage of. I had my car towed here on Tuesday and they were super thorough in looking it over to figure out what was wrong. Unfortunately it took a few days to fix because this part is no longer manufactured so once they found one it took a few days to get in. They got my car back and running and thoroughly test drove to make sure it was safe for me and my family to ride in. As a parent to a small child finding a shop that is honest and thorough means everything. I think their prices are very reasonable. Albert and Dave are both great. I will continue using this shop in the future.”
“My car wouldn't turn over, tried jumping it but that didn't work. I called to let them know that I will need my car towed to their shop for it to be evaluated. I left the keys in the car for them to come get it from the Dollar General parking lot. About 2 hours later I got a call from the tow truck driver who let me know he got the car jumped and it was just the battery. Waited for me to get back there to drive it away. He could have not tried to jump start it and towed it back to their shop as that would have made them more money, but he didn't. I would trust this company to be fair.”

They looked at it and decided it was a bit more complicated a task not worth doing on a late model car. They did this service without charging. Very good customer service”

As a woman and a widowed mom who has to handle these things on my own, it means so much to have a shop where I feel genuinely heard, respected, and taken care of.
I have never once felt talked down to, pressured into unnecessary repairs, or taken advantage of. They take the time to explain what’s going on in a way that I can actually understand, answer my questions, and make sure I’m comfortable with what needs to be done.
