“Unexpected find just driving by. Decided to stop and glad I did. People who own it are friendly. Huge selection of everything. Bought some local honey and a new craft soda I had never seen before. Talked to a lot of people who were in and out. All friendly and many getting ice cream. Driving by? Stop for a few, you'll be glad you did.”
“The chicken schwarma wraps here are awesome. Very generous size. If you are contemplating whether to go here or to Sittoos go here. Sittoos wraps are a joke. They are so small they won't even satisfy a kid.”
“We love heinens and this location! We are sad they are getting rid of many A2 dairy products which forces us to go to Strongsville location. This store is very cozy and clean and we enjoy seeing the employees here who are always kind. We ask to bring back snowville creamer and origin products! :)”
“I’ve always enjoyed shopping at Heinen’s. Their produce is so fresh, and meat department always will offer to help you. The staff above all is so very friendly”
“I really liked this store! Plenty to choose from with individual and bulk items available. It's a great alternative to Costco when you don't need a big volume of something (condiments for example) and they have a wide variety of everyday use items.”
“Great experience with a helpful owner and cashier! So many European canned goods, dry goods, deli with delicious fresh cheese & smoked meats & fresh Burek (spinach pie)! Plenty of bread and drinks too! Perfect dinner selection very reasonably priced! Can't wait to return!!”
“I always thought the point of pre-ordering something was so that it's ready to pick up and go.... I pre-ordered ribs today thinking just that! When I arrived exactly on time, I acknowledged that I pre- ordered and expected to be the next to recieve my order. Instead, they proceeded to fill the new orders of customers coming out saying I just paid in store. I waited an additional 20 minutes past my pick up time!! I understand that today was a very busy day for them, but let's be fair to the people who give them a heads up so that their order is ready and waiting. I will not be "pre ordering" again...I gave 4 stars because the ribs were delicious!”
“Gordon's is a pretty good grocer. So long as you don't mind purchasing in bulk, they have many different items. Some are a good deal, some are not. They cater to restaraunts or smaller grocers, but many items are fine for a family. I buy pre-made burgers in a five pound box, hot dogs, lunch meats, desserts, fish, potato and macaroni salads, frozen vegetable mixes, eggs, hamburger, pepperoni, sausage, spaghetti sauce, chips, ice cream, seasonal fresh vegetables - apples, tomatos, squash, bottled water, many different types of appetizers, etcMost are a pretty good deal. The stores are always clean and checkout is always fast. They accept cash and credit.”
“Use to be a different store that needed work! Now the new owners have made many upgrades. There are more choices and fresher food - they have put work into the building itself. It’s changed for the good. I shop at Albert’s fresh market during the week when in a hurry & only need a few items. The staff is polite and friendly as well.”
“I needed a birthday cake and searched multiple bakeries, but none could make the cake I wanted. Then, I reached out to Buehler's and spoke with Chrissy. She was incredibly professional and polite, going above and beyond to help me. She offered a variety of options, and the final cake exceeded my expectations. She did an outstanding job! I highly recommend bueller's bakery!”

“Stepping into Aldi is like waking up in a fever dream where everything is 30% cheaper and nobody questions why there’s a bin full of ski masks next to the organic avocados. The moment you shove a quarter into the cart lock, you’re transported into a lawless utopia where you can buy a week’s worth of groceries, a lawn chair, and a medieval flail, all while making eye contact with a man who looks like he’s seen the future and didn’t like it.
The aisles are an adventure—turn left, and you’re in the Land of Discount Dairy, where cheese costs less than a handshake. Turn right, and suddenly you’re face-to-face with a bin full of garden gnomes dressed as firefighters. Why? Why not? Aldi doesn’t explain itself. It simply is.
The checkout process moves at warp speed, like if Sonic the Hedgehog and a Wall Street stockbroker had a child who was raised by a conveyor belt. The cashier makes direct eye contact, scans your entire cart in 4.3 seconds, and suddenly you’re in a frantic game of “How Fast Can You Bag Everything Before You Lose Custody of Your Child?” Meanwhile, an elderly woman behind you is buying 14 cans of pickled beets and a space heater, and you just have to accept that.
And let’s talk about the Aldi Finds aisle—the Wild West of retail. One day, it’s full of inflatable hot tubs and samurai swords. The next, it’s an unsettling collection of decorative birdhouses and unbranded air fryers. This aisle follows no known laws of time or physics. I once saw a guy pick up a welding mask and a kayak, and I haven’t stopped thinking about it since.
In conclusion, Aldi is the grocery store equivalent of finding a $20 bill in a coat you haven’t worn in years, but also realizing the coat now contains a map to Atlantis. You don’t question it. You simply enjoy the ride. 5 stars, infinite chaos, will return.”

“Mike the meat manager is super nice! He went above and beyond to help me the other day! There are some super nice people in here. Some of the front desk help people are sadly awful. They watched me struggle with the rewards card not working before because they rather gossip and play on phones and have bad attitudes but there are some very friendly employees in here. Some of the girls in the restaurant part are beyond incredible too!”

“The pharmacy staff is Exceptional in general, but Taylor, the pharmacist goes above and beyond and is one of the best pharmacist I’ve ever Pleasure of interacting with. She’s extremely knowledgeable and will do anything she can to make sure you get the Answers and or advice that you need.”
“This Discount Drug mart #93 in Strongsville is the best. It always spotless neat and well stocked. The staff is always so helpful. The pharmacy staff is great here also. I live near another DDM but travel to this location, The manager at this location is to be commended for having a great store.”

“I make this my first stop shop for general household grocery needs. Nice selection of fresh produce, dairy, and mix of proteins. The store is clean and well organized.”
“I've had their shish tawook sandwich and chicken shawarma they were sooo good and their fries are pretty great too! I also always love their hummus and in house pita chips!”
“It's a hommy old style country store.Has about everything you'd need for a one tank trip to WHEREVER. NEAT AND ORGANISED FOR SMALL BUT WELL SUPPLIED.4.5*”
“This is the best lil off the beaten path place to shop. Meat is better than the big box stores. New butcher Carl is doing a great job It's nice to meet him.”
“The selection is great. The prices are decent for the type of store. It is the employees are very friendly and helpful and they go out of their way to help you love this place. Hope it doesn’t shut down for whatever reasons I shop here a lot.”
“I like to shop here.
I was really excited when they opened up close to my home.
the place is clean and the staff is always polite.
I hope it stays clean and the staff stays polite.
I have been to other Dollar General stores and they are dirty and the staff is not very friendly.”
“I was very pleased with my experience of shopping at the market district supermarket. The employees were very helpful. Very knowledgeable and even brought me right to the area that I needed to be. They have very good sales. And the quality of their produce is excellent. I recommend market district and Strongsville to anyone who wants a good shopping experience.”
“The owner is awesome, it’s a mom and pop kinda convenient store. Has a nice deli, cold pop in either a bottle or 12 pack, nice beer selection, and lottery. I’m sure I’m missing something but it’s a nice place to stop and grab something real quick.”
“Basic supermarket, some fun odds and ends, nice calm experience compared to shopping in the city, though it was more expensive, not a lot of sale prices, and definitely no plant-based options I normally get. I would come back if in the area.
Only unexpected con is I could have bagged much better- bread squished upright instead of laying across the eggs, and so many bags for so few items. 3 zucchinis? Their own bag. One small acorn squash? It's own bag. One cutting board? It's own bag. Etc. I reorganized and just needed 3, not 8. Too much careless plastic waste.”

“I am sick and one of the employees, i think his name is josh? was so helpful and gave me a lot of tips and a literal recipe for soup which is so good!!! i love it and his energy so much!”
“Our go to! We always find what we need and prices/brands are comparable. When we couldn't find supplies during the shortages, we found everything we needed here.”
“Butternut Corners Market is perfect for what it is - a little convenience store on the corner so you don't have to go all the way to the grocery for whatever you need. They have assorted cold drinks (pop, Gatorade, iced tea, energy drinks) and beer, sweet and salty snacks, a deli counter with premade hot/cold sandwiches, household items, grocery basics like milk, butter, cheese, bacon, ice cream, canned goods, even some household cleaning items and a small selection of vegetables. They have an ATM and lottery tickets. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. I stop by at least once a week, usually in my pajamas or something crazy, and they never bat an eye. I can't think of anything I would change - maybe ask them to stock G2? Pretty minor. If you see a crazy lady running on no sleep in her pajamas, perhaps with a small child in tow, that's probably me. Feel free to say hi.”
“Glad that they put a dollar general in Valley City, Ohio and finally open not even 5 minutes from me and it’s very clean, big and friendly staff. The bad thing about them tonight was I get there at 8pm and they were closed already and when you look them and it’s posted on their door that they are open until 10pm”
