“I recently went to Hollywood Feed in Strongsville for grooming and hit a gold mine. Groomer, Kayte, was professional, knowledgeable and took excellent care of my older German Shepherd, Palmona. Kayte even gave me brushing and nail trim tips, as well as pointed out a potential health concern for Paloma. This level of service is much appreciated. Based on my first experience at Hollywood Feed, I highly recommend.
Other observations... I found the store to be very clean, and festive for the Thanksgiving/Christmas season. The front end staff were also attentive and friendly. Overall, a great impression.”

They have calendar integration which helps me out I can plug it right in and know when my next appointment is automatically.

“They have a lot of options for chews and treats. Our Aussie loves the antlers for chewing. If you are a wheelchair user the aisles are rather narrow and you have to open the second door upon entry. It is zero entry though.”
“It is a great place. They carry top of the line food. Owner is very knowledgeable and can set you up with a food to suit your babies. He has probiotics that are made to canine DNA which has worked tremendously for my one year old that has allergies. My puppy is a rescue witch came with issues which now she is doing fantastic. Absolutely recommend this place for your fur babies nutrition”

“We take our dogs here for grooming all the time, but the last time we took them in, we had the fortune experience of getting groomer, Allison S., for all 3 dogs. She was professional and experienced. She had them done on time and didn’t miss anything. Our difficult, deaf Australian Shepherd is very difficult to groom and she was even able to get her done. Absolutely outstanding!”

“I have been coming to this location for so long now and they’ve always been so happy and helpful, I witnessed a rude customer cursing because someone was asking about product and he couldn’t check out as fast as he’d have wanted to, but if someone is unsure about a product the employees are more than happy to help and people should be more patient because there doesn’t appear to be too many people all at once and there’s a lot to do! Great team, great service, great store!!!”
“I am a 79 year old man who carries oxygen and walks with a cane. I have shopped at your Columbia Station, North Olmsted, and Lorain locations. In all three stores I was asked and given help from purchase to the trunk of my car. Wonderful people! They asked me if I could use help. I didn't have to ask them. “Stopped by Friday to see if they had any propane fire pits. Ben greeted me when I entered the store. I explained what was going on with my existing fire pit and Ben showed me a replacement part option that might solve the issue with my existing fire pit and save me the cost of having to buy a new fire pit. I wasn’t real comfortable with replacing the part myself and Ben suggested I could bring my fire pit in and they would replace the part for me. I came back the next morning with the fire pit. I got a call a couple hours later saying everything was all set. The fire pit is working again. Very pleased with the work they did and the money saved. The entire staff was very friendly and responsive. Job well done!”
“A well supplied farm and garden store with pleasant clerks and other help. They have almost everything farm or garden related and always very helpful. Their yard area is huge with every garden or agricultural item you might need. The even have a hardware section in the store.”

She is patient with both the dog and his owner during all the training exercises.The price is affordable, and the attention and love that your dog receives from Denise is far superior to any training you'd find anywhere else. I have a young Goldendoodle who is currently in a class and I am so very pleased with Gold Star Dog Training! I highly recommend you enroll your dog in a class.”
“I have a pekingese & a pomsky so 2 very different coats. They do an excellent job on both dogs! The pomsky was so compacted with fur & the did an great job deshedding her & her coat is so smooth now.”

She went above and beyond to answer all of my questions, made me feel completely comfortable, and shared a wealth of knowledge and advice about tarantula care.

“Awesome job by the groomer that did my little Doobie!. First ever groom. Smells great not like that wet dog smell he had when he went in. His hair is soft and still fluffy in all the right places as I asked her to do. He's just perfect as you can see the before and after pics. We will be returning to petsmart and this groomer on a regular basis.”

“I can't get google to let me reply to reviews. So to Gabrielle, I sent you a reply that the mail server should of sent you a tracking no, and then asked you to let me know they did so I could then get it for you. You ordered lids that did not fit your containers and never even asked me to resend, you just wanted me to know which lids you wanted and I ask you how was I to know the ones you ordered were not the ones you wanted. You are being very unfair to write a review like this without even giving me the credit for sending you what your ordered. I would of offered to send you the size you want, but you did not even bother to email me a problem. I cannot read you mind and sent what you ordered. I am sorry I replied and you thought I was rude for just asking you to confirm you got the tracking no. I did not do anything wrong, but you blame me for what You ordered. Since when can you not email me???”
“Received a msg from vet about a specific food for my pets. Petco was the 1st to pop up that showed it was available. I got there and it was due to close in 10 to 15 minutes.
The employees were very accommodating. Answered any questions I had, showed me alternatives and let me know the return policy incase the recommended one didn't go well.
They also let me know about the vaccine and grooming services which I had no idea were available. And signed me up for the card when I was checking out. All that and they still closed on time. I appreciated the time they gave and help I received while I was there and will be returning ( without my purchases because they worked out).
