“Every person we encountered during our rental, service desk, check-out person and check-in person were above and beyond in friendliness! The small SUV was exactly the size we had expected and it worked well for our almost 30 day rental. Overall a great experience!”

“Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff at every contact, from booking over the phone (I called and booked from New Zealand) to receiving the car then returning it to the terminal at the end of my trip. All were young people who were relaxed, polite and seem to enjoy working there. I picked up a brand new Nissan Rogue on April 15th and drove for 17 days without a single issue.”

“I had to rent a car for my boss on very short notice. I went to Hertz in Vandalia and dealt with Spencer and his manager. They were both fantastic! They delivered the car to my boss once she signed all of the necessary paperwork, and Spencer even gave her a thorough walk-thru of the car before leaving. I was extremely impressed with the level of customer service and my boss loved the car!”
