“We were welcomed by Brady. Who walked us through the truck section he explained everything to us about different styles of trucks. Answering all the questions we thought to ask. He made our decision very easy to make, we did tell him we had to look at a couple other places. When we did he asked us to wait so he could get us one of his cards and when he came back out the manager came with him and introduced himself as Andrew also letting us know he has a similar truck and explained more into detail about the truck’s suspension. We did go to a few other places that we were disappointed that there sales people did not seem to show as much interest in explaining details. Heather was also helping out. But we returned to Firelands Chevrolet because we couldn’t stop thinking about how much we really liked the Bison Silverado and how Brady and crew sold us on how much they seemed to know and how willing they were to take there time to walk us through everything to get the truck we love. Definitely will recommend Firelands Chevrolet to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.”

“It’s been awhile since I bought a car from them. (A few months) I cannot quite remember the name of my sales representative. But she was so kind and so personable !! We found the car on true car… the price, mileage, literally everythingAbout the car was perfect. The only issue was we lived all the way in MISSOURI!!! We called and put a deposit down for the car and made a trip!! (10 hour trip) when we arrived we were greeted by almost the whole entire team! We test drove the car. Fell more in love with it. And we went through all the nitty gritty of buying the car! They offered us food and water too! It was probably the BEST dealership experience I ever had! 10/10 recommend this place for anyone locally and even far away who is looking for a new car. “I was able to get a great deal on my 2023 Bronco. Jeff Cormier was attentive and pleasant to deal with. He worked through some issues that came up afterwards as well. There were a couple of issues that were annoying, the first was being verbally offered a deal and then when the written deal came it was less for my trade and more for the vehicle, this was not Jeff’s doing and eventually was worked out, the second was the wait time after we ironed out the details. 4 hours was too long, even though we had an appointment and arrived early, especially with long periods of no contact or information. All in all I would deal with them again.”
