I got wrong part from rock auto but Ron is very helpful, called auto zone to give me commercial price for the part. Again a great guy.”
“Reed and R/T Auto-Transmission are amazing! Quick, friendly, and HONEST!!! I had multiple quotes/ diagnostics on my vehicle. All which were incorrect and completely unnecessary fixes. I almost got rid of my car, but reed found parts and quickly realized they weren’t necessary. Great price as well!! I am so unbelievably thankful for Reed and the staff!! Thank you! Now the collision repair is like it never happened, and detail was on point, will definitely bring all are Cars and trucks to you guys at caliber collision of Wadsworth ??”
“I took in my 2003 Ford Ranger that had a clutch pedal that would not fully release clutch at times. Silver creek Repair test drove truck for a few miles that showed no problem with clutch. I then drove it and confirmed that all was working fine. Silver creek did not charge me at all and I drove it home knowing I don’t need a $1300 clutch. Once home I checked on clutch cable that had some corrosion and lubricated with wd40 at corrosion part of cable.
Don’t know if this will help preventing any future cable problem cable sticking but I have to thank Silvercreek for their honesty by not putting in a clutch that was not needed. Silvercreek Repair needs to me complimented for their honesty and integrity!

Went outta his way with a broken ac, two helps us we wrecked near them they came within seconds of the call, helped us load 6/ large bags outta our car and into his tow truck he also took us to a hotel dropped us off !!! Helped us get out belongs back out and so on!!! Was very helpful! We thank you so much!!! People in that area get together help them get a AC for these gentlemen!!! “I had a flat at 11pm two hours from home, so after a few Lyft rides, a hotel stay, 2 hour wait for a tow, I arrived here. They didn't have used or new tires in the right size, so wouldn't be able to get me back on the road that day. But they did. They called some contact, were able to get me the tires I needed, picked them up, came back, and got me back on the road faster than I expected. Certainly not the kind of service you can get from a chain.
Read some of the poor reviews and most sound to me like they don't like straight talk. If you think of the situations from a business perspective (and/or a safety perspective), their decisions sound pretty logical. It's a mechanic shop - not always gonna get that wisdom wrapped up in a bow. That said, I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and conversations. Thanks, guys!”
