“This place is the best place to go to to get honest and fair repair for your car. Unlike dealerships that charge you to find out the problem, this place does not, which is amazing right off the start. I've been tho them a couple times during the most stressful times iv been, tho, and they went above and beyond to make the stress way better. There company also does oil changes that are way cheaper than any other place out there and there fast if you plan it out. I highly recommend this place if you're worried the dealership is trying to pull something on you and your c, r and you won't be disappoint, d I promise.”

Mike went above and beyond to meet my stringent budget requirements. Despite me being out of state and financing the car with my bank, the process was smooth and efficient. Even my bank manager was impressed with Mike. Worth the 3 hour drive. Please consider this used car dealership when making your purchase. They treat you like family. Super happy with my car :)”

“Excellent customer service, fair prices and solid follow through. Multiple times they have fit us in last minute for tire, brakes and alignment work. They have saved us significantly by helping to find the right tires for my car and fixing an alignment issue causing tires to wear out early. When changing my wife's brakes at home I ran into an issue with a stuck bolt and they were able to get us in the next day and only charged us for getting the bolt loose and the time to change the single set of brakes and rotor. I will be going no where else for work on any of our vehicles. Can you get tires changed for slightly less at big name places? Maybe. Will you get the same kind of follow through, attention to detail and genuine concern about getting the job done right with the appropriate tires even calling to let you know there's a manufacturer discount available now? Nope. And they have a friendly shop dog - how do you beat that? (Spoiler: you don't.)”

“I had been taking my car to another local mechanic in Medina for years. I had an appointment to get my brakes and rotors done but then started grinding metal on metal on a Saturday, 2 weeks before the other place had scheduled me. I am a single mom and have use my car for work and to take my son to/from school and couldn’t risk driving him without brakes. My brother told me about Wadsworth Auto car, raved about them, and told me to go up there Monday morning. They were booked solid and had one mechanic off for PTO, and they still repaired my car the same day FOR LESS MONEY FOR THE SAME REPAIRS compared to the other shop I had been going to!!!!! I will forever be grateful to Rob and Cory for what they did to help me and it’s reassuring to know that there are still such amazing people out there!! “You won't find a shop as decent and honest as Dewey's. Jody is amazing and the mechanic always does quality work. We have taken our vehicle here on many different occasions but the most recent was for rack and pinion replacement. Due to the quality work, honesty & pricing; they can get busy depending on the day but IF there is a couple jobs ahead of you, it's worth the wait. If there were a months worth of jobs ahead of us, we would still wait for Dewey's to handle the work. Thank you for all that you have done and continue to do!!”
