“I had been taking my car to another local mechanic in Medina for years. I had an appointment to get my brakes and rotors done but then started grinding metal on metal on a Saturday, 2 weeks before the other place had scheduled me. I am a single mom and have use my car for work and to take my son to/from school and couldn’t risk driving him without brakes. My brother told me about Wadsworth Auto car, raved about them, and told me to go up there Monday morning. They were booked solid and had one mechanic off for PTO, and they still repaired my car the same day FOR LESS MONEY FOR THE SAME REPAIRS compared to the other shop I had been going to!!!!! I will forever be grateful to Rob and Cory for what they did to help me and it’s reassuring to know that there are still such amazing people out there!! I never feel as if they treat me differently because I’m female and don’t know anything. I usually work with Mark, but ALL of the employees are kind, friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. It’s a gem of a garage hidden right in the middle of Wadsworth. What a relief to not depend on a car dealership!!”

“05/25/2023 4pm:Unfortunately, I had a flat tire on the rear wheel of my zero turn mower. Wasn't sure if American Auto and Tire handled mower tires, but I stopped in anyway. I'm glad I did because they were able to take care of me and I was out of there in 20 minutes. I feel the price was very fair. I will definitely go back for all my tire & auto needs and I suggest you should too.I happened to read another review that stated how rude this business was to them. I must say I did not experience any of that. I actually had a nice chat with the owner, his wife and even his daughter who happened to be there. “Went to get my two right tires fixed. One was flat and the other was only 20 PSI after just putting air in the tires with the tire light on. Got my car there around 8:30, the guy at the front desk said that it wouldn’t be looked at until at least 3 in the afternoon, it was done by 12:30. Excellent service and didn’t expect it to be done that soon. I’m rating 4 stars instead of 5 because the only complaint I have is the fact that the guy at the front desk didn’t seem like he wanted to be working. Other than that, excellent service and as soon as I went out to my car and started it, tire light went off right away”
