“A double-pane window developed a crack across the entire width. I didn't want to remove the sash in the middle of winter to bring it in for measurements fearing it would break the glass out completely. So Tim came out, measured the glass and ordered the replacement. He made me aware that temperatures would need to get warmer to replace the glass. They followed up when the glass came in. On the first day of warm temperatures, Tim came out and replaced the glass. The workmanship was very professional, with no trace of silicone on the glass or sash frame. The price was very good and Tim explained the 10 year warranty on the new glass panel assembly.”

“I hit a deer and called Gerber in Medina and spoke with Leo and he was able to get me in for a repair estimate immediately (after a different location told me it would be a few days just to see me for an estimate). He was so helpful and extremely professional.”
