“Pleasant experience! We had a great experience at Ken Ganley Nissan of Medina today. From the time we walked into the showroom Rose was awesome! I didn’t know for sure what I wanted and needed to test drive a few vehicles and Rose didn’t get annoyed with me once! She was super informative and funny too. Little did I know I would be driving the Rogue Rock Creek off the showroom floor. From walking in the door to test driving multiple vehicles to Dan in the finance department… easy breezy! “This was a very pleasant experience. The guys behind the counter went out of their way to help( you should give them a RAISE). The only thing I did not care for was the the vehicle's auto steering. I could not figure out how to turned it off. Because it only had 1,800 miles on it and was such a new vehicle. Other than that two thumbs up!”
