“I was using my Kohl's cash today! The young lady, Olivia, helped me in the woman's department, plus she also took care of me at the register. She was so helpful and nice!”
“I've been shopping at this Walmart for five years now and it is still my primary grocery and goods store. There is no customer service to speak of, but we've come to expect that in retail these days. The store is usually clean and well stocked. But there are days and weeks when they may not have any pasta or french fries or chicken. It's just odd. When I can't obtain the items I need from Walmart, I go to Aldi or the Medina Walmart.They have a lot of self checkout registers, but they also still have a few cashiers ringing. When grocery shopping, I prefer to wait for a cashier. But when I see people with two items in their hands with no shopping cart get in the cashier line, it kind of irks me. I assume they're doing it to show their support for keeping cashiers.This store is about as good as it gets for Walmart.”
“Some items rang up for more than the self price and the women that helped me at checkout said she wouldn't adjust the price instead told me to pay scanned price or she would put it back for me smh.”
