“Pam was especially friendly and helpful at the checkout. In addition to being efficient in her work, she offered advice and suggestions about items that were purchased and promotions that the store was offering.”

“I have been in and out of here several times over the past few weeks with the purchase of my new home. The staff have been very friendly and helpful and one night one was even helping me out after her shift ended and she had clocked out.”

“Just want to compliment the employees that worked at this Target during the 8:30-9:30PM shift on 1/18. Every employee I ran into was helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond. I drove about 30 minutes because the Target website showed they had a book we have been looking for was in stock. When we got to the store (my son and I), we went straight to the book section (F12) and the book was not there. We found the label and everything, but the book was missing. This is while the website showed there were two in stock. An employee was quick to call Olivia, where she came right away and helped me go through that aisle in case someone had put them in the wrong place. She was super kind. She then said she would go to the back to see if they were back there (she went above and beyond) and she found it!!! She put the biggest smile on my son's face and made a difference in our day! Thank you!!!! Fantastic experience!”

“I have a love-hate relationship with Target that perhaps most can sympathize with. If I could, I'd like to do all of my shopping here. In the end, I always end up doing more shopping than I ever intended when I walked in the door.My biggest downside here is the lack of a true and proper grocery section. Also, generally, they are a smaller Target. For my basic home needs in a pinch, they have it all. I particularly like coming in to see their seasonally fluctuating supply of stationary type items. It's cool to also see them all-in for the "greener" solutions like compostable trash bags, refillable glass soap jars (Grove), etc. They seem primarily staffed by local high school and college kids. If you don't ask for help, it won't be offered. I also learned they no longer gray-dot the barcodes on shelves to indicate something is out of stock in back. Valuable knowledge to me, in case it helps anyone else to know. In any case, my business is going nowhere for a while.”

“I've been shopping at this Walmart for five years now and it is still my primary grocery and goods store. There is no customer service to speak of, but we've come to expect that in retail these days. The store is usually clean and well stocked. But there are days and weeks when they may not have any pasta or french fries or chicken. It's just odd. When I can't obtain the items I need from Walmart, I go to Aldi or the Medina Walmart. They have a lot of self checkout registers, but they also still have a few cashiers ringing. When grocery shopping, I prefer to wait for a cashier. But when I see people with two items in their hands with no shopping cart get in the cashier line, it kind of irks me. I assume they're doing it to show their support for keeping cashiers. This store is about as good as it gets for Walmart.”

“This store is always clean. The isles are decently spaced apart and they have a large grocery section. Compared to other Walmarts I’ve been in, this one is luxurious. I had a worker tell me all meth addicts should die when I got flagged to be carded for Alkaseltzer not knowing I’m an addiction recovery advocate. Made for an awkward checkout.”
