I absolutely love my NTB experience at this store! They take such good care of my vehicle and are dedicated to going above and beyond. Customer service is very good and staff are friendly! I have been and will be a repeat customer as long as I live in the Wadsworth area!

Brought my Jeep in for a tire rotation. Ed was working the counter, he was very friendly and able to get my Jeep in quick! Great customer service!

Great experience. Went in with a nail in my tire and we leave for Florida tomorrow (driving). Got me in right before they closed and super nice about it even though I knew that it wasn’t ideal for them. Manager was awesome. Highly recommend.
